I literally never feel passionate enough to write reviews for anything, but I feel compelled to share my recent experiences so here it goes: Im a very nitpicky person when it comes to my hair, and Ive also had MANY bad experiences over the years when getting my hair colored (at high-end, super expensive salons I might add)...so needless to say, I was extremely nervous to try out the Ulta Salon for the first time and constantly considered canceling leading up to my appointment. But boy am I glad that I stuck through with it because the end result was the best head of highlights Ive ever received. The color softened and perfectly blended my previously patchy highlights. I have absolutely zero complaints and continue to receive compliments on my hair. I believe my colorists name was Meryn (or something along those lines) and she was fabulous! I will be going back there for all of my future color and cut needs. And it doesnt hurt that I get to use my Ulta rewards card which helps earn points for future appointments or cosmetics... On another note...I approached one of the girls that work there and asked if they knew of any foundations or concealers for acne prone skin and they led me in the direction of the IT products, and its been about a month and Im not noticing any crazy, out-of-the ordinary breakouts. My skins actually been breaking out less for reasons unknown, but hey, Ill take it. So to the woman who led me in the direction of these products, thank you! I noticed that some people on here seem to be upset that theyre not greeted at the door - but if you wander around the store for a bit someone WILL approach you. Obviously there are many people in the store, and its a very BIG store, so you cant expect them to drop the people theyre helping to run over to you. Be patient, look around for a minute, and you will be approached. And if they happen to not notice you need help, just ask them! But all in all, I freaking LOVE this store, and I love their rewards program. Im obsessed and I think you should be too.

Extremely rude manager. I have spent close to $800 on beauty products alone just starting this Janauary. Im very clearly a makeup addict. However, whenever I go to this Ulta, I am never greeted, asked if I need something, I can make eye contact with an associate and they give me dirty looks and just follow me around the store as if Ill steal something. Therefore, I never seem to buy anything from that store and usually just browse to plan for my Sephora trips. Just yesterday, I came in with a voucher for a free deluxe sample of a product. The manager sighed and said "Maybe you should have come in a week ago when we did have it." I got the coupon just 5 days ago and I did call when I initially got it and they said they hadnt arrived yet. I started to say that it was fine and if she had some other type of samples lying around or promotion that I could take advantage of since Im already here. Before I could even finish my sentence the manager said nope and started to focus on another task. I was planning on purchasing a palette so I decided to pick it up. I noticed a sign that said there was a promotion for a free weeks supply of Lancôme eye cream. I was extremely upset that the manager lied to me just to get me out of her hair. I left the palette and ill be picking it up at Sephora instead. The reward system might be better at Ulta but the customer service is awful. I will never be going back to this location.

Got my makeup and hair done here, the hair looked great. Yet, the makeup not so much. The woman spent about 30 seconds looking through the products she already had at her chair. I showed the woman an eyelook and she did a completely different one using palettes left lying around. My eyeliner I had to fix myself in my car, not to mention the lipstick I also had to fix. The woman used lquid lipstick and went outside of my lip area using a color that was also just laying around. I literally looked like a second hand Kim K. I went and got my makeup done at the langhorne ulta before and they did a fantastic job. I trusted these girls to do an equally amazing job at warrington for my prom. However, they sat there and talked about cats and how they were going to order pizza rather than talking to their paying customers. I will not be going to this ulta again.

The hair stylist messed up a hairstyle that I showed her multiple pictures of for prom. I wanted a bridal updo and she gave me weird ass pinwheel things all throughout my hair that look horrid. I told her to take it all out and just give me simple long curled hair. An hour into prom my curls fell and I looked like a witch. Would NOT reccomend the hair styling services. She was super friendly and nice but the service was terrible. Other than the hair incident Ive shopped there multiple times without issue. Im a rewards member and I like the products they sell.

I walked in, was never greated or asked if I needed anything. I understand when the store is busy or the employees are preoccupied but this was not the case. I got a few dirty looks and since I felt uncomfortable, I just walked out without buying what I was there for. It made me sad. I love Ulta since they have both high end and drugstore. But I would not be returning to this location.

Every time I visit this location, the brow bar is closed. The lines are always long for check out. Today when I visited there was one employee at checkout and the line was around the store.
