Please do not dream of having a hair cut at this place. I was unable to make it on time (Sunday) at a nearby, better hair salon and was desperate to get a haircut. My luck! At the registrar, Roma (the manager) told me that the cost for layering, blowdrying, shampooing would be about $35.00. I thought she would care to ask me all this, before cutting my hair. Once I sat for the hair cut, Roma started cutting my hair, without shampooing. She took numerous bridal and general calls from her clients while cutting my hair, (Im still amazed....why?) She thought my hair was very thin (which is true) and started curling them to give them more volume. I assumed it was free coz she didnt care to ask me if I wanted it in the first place. The blow dry wasnt even complete. But towards the end she was bold enough to ask me $35 for the "weired" hair cut. There were no ordered layers, no flow or trend in them. Those curls made me look "retarted". I cursed myself and her dearly for such a bad hair cut. The worst part is....I cut my hair only once a year coz they dont grow as much. Mind you "Patience is a virtue!", a lesson Ill never forget.

Worst place I have ever been to. Very rude and most unprofessional people I have ever come across and they greet with the saddest faces. I had gone for waxing. Horrible and incomplete job! They took me to the room, kept me waiting inside for a long time, and then asked me to move out for a bit so they could work on someone else. Their rooms are very dirty and sticky. I got waxing done from Krina. After telling multiple times to wax at spots she missed, she did not wax. I had to wax myself after coming back home. She did not use disposable strips for waxing and used dirty low quality cloth in stead. Very unhygienic! For the horrible service she gave me, I gave her less tip, so she used an abusive word for me. Roma trains its employees best in unprofessionalism, keeping the place dirty, being rude as hell to everyone and horrible services. Throughout the time the ladies kept talking (screaming) in their own language. Very low class and cheap salon!

I went to this place for waxing and threading...and Its one of the worst parlours I have been to...not only were the women unprofessional in their behaviour and rude (facial expressions...lack of response...it felt like they were doing this job against their will!)...but they asked me three times if I was ready while i was changing into a gown for waxing....even if ignore that....the way they did the waxing was faaar from clean...the kind of strips used...the place where i lay...and that coupled with the bad job they did...completed the horror experience. Post all this...the woman had the gall to ask me if i wanted to add a tip to the bill!!! I truly had no words to say...I pity the owner who has spent so much on the location and then hired a bunch of unprofessional women to scare away customers

I got my eyebrows threading done at this place and the beautician cut my eyebrow skin and it was the second time, I just thought once is okay and went to the same place as it is nearby and it turned out awful..I said I will not pay for the service and the lady started shouting and giving racist comments on me and saying I purposefully came back to avoid paying. Who on earth would let their eyebrow skin be cut and escape paying for the threading? She did not say a thing to the beautician and shouted on me for a long time and finally said DO NOT COME AGAIN, of course I did what I had to do finally but BEWARE everybody...

Some of the women there can do eyebrows really well, however the majority are crap. Very poor managment and very cheap. When you pay with your credit card they charge you a dolloar processing fee. The only person there that could cut hair was Tim and I am sure he left becuase of their ridiculous cheapness. Sadly they dont tell any of his customers that he is no longer with them, they lie and say hes on vacation for 3 months, more bullshit. I will not recommend this salon to anyone. They draw people in with $4 dollars for eyesbrows, etc, but you will be better off pay the $5-6 somewhere else..

I went to get my eyebrows threaded and the lady started to apply wax as I closed my eyes. Seriously, how stupid is that? She looked at me like I was crazy and I told her to that that crap off of my face.Then I got upset and made her wipe the wax off. Next, she was threaded my eyebrows and cut my skin several times, only yelling at me to move my hands from holding the skin. Really just unprofessional and rude. I dont see why they are still in business. Dont go here. Its just ridiculous and the women here need to clearly go back to beauty school.

This place has definitely revamped their style and staff. I noticed a renovated salon and cleaner place in general. Though there is an awfully long wait for eyebrows, it is worth it. Soniya is my favorite! She has a HUGE line for her at most times but Id rather stick to ONE girl than have my eyebrows messed with by numerous girls. I also noticed there is are a lot of new faces in the salon who seem friendly and happy to help. They always have deals going on on facials and are a great bargain! Id definitely recommend to my friends and family!

I would say NO!!! These people are charging $35 for trimming the hair (NO WASH AND BLOW DRY). I went there for eye brows and the lady messed up my eye brows and blamed my other beautician for doing it bad before and she was like I just shaped it..She had attitude. I recommended for someone else for doing my eye brows and facial but the MANAGER ( ROMA) sent someone else saying like she does better than I recommended. I am never going back at this place in my life. I would rather go somewhere else and pay more

Guys/boys.. never even dare to step into to get a hair cut done.. the stylist has phones in her ears and will be talking to some one else, she will not hear what you need to get done.. in a split second its all ruined !! she wont even care that she messed up , in return she will argue that you wanted the same thing to be done.. more over the owner asks if you want to tip for the excellent services they offered making you even frustrated .. its a ladies place.. the name should never have said ""UNISEX""..

I came here to get a hairstyle for a wedding I was attending few weeks ago. Terrible! I could had done it better at home. I told the lady who did my hair I need volume, she used hairspray on the roots of my hair weighing it down ( when my hair natural have volume) and couldnt even do the style I wanted properly. waste of money and time. And service I terrible. Each time I have came here to get my legs waxed they have repeatedly put HOTTT wax on me and no have sensitivity for coustomers pain.

i went in to discuss an advertising opportunity with the owner and instead of saying let me think about it and take my number she kept me standing there with my 8 month old baby in my arm while she attended other customers just to make sure they paid her. mind you i had just gotten a service done by one of her employees. even when new people were walking into the salon she attended them while i was standing in front of her desk just waiting for a simple answer! HOW RUDE!
