I used to be happy with this place till I had such a bad experience with Dipti, one of the favorites of the eyebrow threading. I chose her several times to do my eyebrows and no doubt shes good of it, but I think she s getting comfortable in a sense that she wasnt greeting me anymore like she used to, she would let me wait on the chair, things like that... Since I work with people, I pay attention to these details, I just want to be treated well, not like Im another pair of eyebrows on the factory line. But dont get me wrong, Im not so sensitive. Something else happened. Last time, when I went for threading it was a NIGHTMARE! After she was done with my eyebrows, I asked her to do the mustache and lower lip areas. And oh my God, we all know how much that hurts! What Dipti did? She was jumping all over my face by threading upper lip and next second, lower lip and she was jumping like that without even give me time to move my tongue in the area she was working! My eyes were tearing with pain and you would think that she would be gentler or slowing down... No way! She was just saying "Sorry! Sorry!" and just kept plucking my hair, but didnt care a bit of my comfort! Why she was rushing like that? Nobody was waiting in the line! I am so disappointed, being treated that bad after I was so loyal coming only there for this service! There are plenty of places out there, so Good bye Roma "Beauty ??" salon!!

Dont ever go to them... the indians messed up my hair and charged me $50 for it... they lied to me and told me they can die it but when i got to the place they said they dont know how! And then they my hair was stright and they made it puffy after i told them to restrighten it ... if i can give them a 0 rating i would.

I come here to get my eyebrows threaded, I refuse to go anywhere else because they do such a great job. Very friendly people and affordable.

Only go here for brow threading they are the cheapest Ive been to and they are quick. Dont get a haircut here, they will mess it up!
