Loved it! Went to Process for an initial consultation with Josh. I was the last appointment of the day for this gifted young man. He listened to my frustrations from years of going to another stlyist who just wasnt doing it for me anymore. I was tired of trying to explain the look I desired. So, I decided to finally break away and try someone new. I am so thrilled that I did. Wish I had done it sooner! Not only did Josh offer his expert advice during that consultation, he went ahead and cut and styled my hair right then since I could no longer tolerate the mediocre cut I had recently gotten, yet again! He beautifully sculpted my hair and stayed nearly an hour past the closing time. Thats dedication and customer service! Cannot wait to go back for highlights and another styling session! Wonderful staff and salon! Thank you Josh!!!

When I first started going here I thought they were great! Even though my hair wasnt what I wanted they were nice and professional so I kept giving them chances. Now that I have tried 3 stylist and been multiple times in the last year I would say I have a good feel for the place.Overall I would say the do average work for high prices. The are nice, but I have had a really hard time getting the look I want. All in all I ended up spending hundreds of dollars and never quite got what I wanted. Plus it was a struggle. Even as a regular client I would have to wait over a month to get an appointment at times. If they werent nice individuals I think I wouldnt have went back after my first time. I will be looking for another salon.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this salon!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, but, most importantly, they all do fantastic work! Brent Franks always gives me the perfect cut and color. He gave me the courage to color my hair for the first time ever and now I wish I would have colored it sooner! It looks so natural (and maybe even better than my natural color - which I always loved)! They always do their best to accommodate my crazy schedule. And, they offer Oribe products which I am in LOVE with! I have fine, thin hair and this product does wonders! I highly recommend this salon and their products!

Process is by far the best hair salon in Columbia. My whole family goes there as a result. Brent , Josh, Barrie and Amber are all great! Brent is the absolute best with color and I have trusted him with my hair for years. My teenage children love going to Josh as he keeps up with the latest trends. Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel at home and relaxed during your appointment. The salon is brand new and Barrie has done a fabulous job with the space. I recommend Process to all of my friends as your hair will never look better than when you leave after an appointment!

This place is fantastic. The staff are incredibly nice, the location is convenient, and salon itself is very modern. I had my hair cut by Josh who was extremely patient and professional when dealing with my absurdly thick, curly hair. My hair had been in a rut for a few months. Josh took my bland, shoulder length hair up to a very cute, very short cut thats perfect for the hotter months (and for the cooler months, too!). This is by far the best haircut Ive ever had!

Barri took me from blonde to brunette several weeks ago and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. To be honest, I was excited about the change but still nervous about the "process" but she and the other stylists rallied around me and totally put me at ease. Best hair salon in Columbia! Casual, easy access, great hours, professional stylists. Brent Franks is wonderful! Highly recommend the salon and, especially, Brent. If you want healthier hair, a great cut, and/or color thats just right, you need to book an appointment now! Also, try their Oribe product line (the conditioner is well worth the price..Ive had immediate results) You wont be disappointed.
