I cant even begin to describe my experience over a period of 2 days. For lack of better words, "Absolutely Awful". The lack of customer service skills and the lack of concern for my inconvenience was unbelievable and unacceptable. The stylist unwillingness to offer an apology for my inconvenience or an alternative to resolve the scheduling issue was quite surprising, considering I have visited this salon before. Never Again will I patronize this location nor will I recommend to anyone else. Shame on this companys management! Please forward this comment to the Companys President.
