I went to get my hair in the faux locs last tuesday by friday i had to take them out. The lady that did my hair did them so tight i couldnt move my head. I had a headache for 3 days, my scalp was real sore and irritated. I went to the shop this wednesday to go talk to someone but it was closed at 3:30pm so i called the number. To make a long story short i tolded thw lady about my experience and asked what can be done cause i spent $220 on a style i only had for 3 days and she told me that i cause come and get another stly but i would have to pay for it and they will give me a discount. I told her no thanks i wont be coming back.

I asked for 2 Cornrolls. The lady insisted that I get Ghana braids. After she finished the braids they were sitting right at my edges and I told her I didnt like them. They did not offer to fix them and still charged me full price, not to mention the lady kept taking the braids out and restarting 3 to 4 times while pulling my edges so I knew then she couldnt do what I asked for.. she then plastered a WHOLE bottle of gel on my hair. I was not pleased with the service & I also will not be going back!

I called at 7 when they opened. Was told to come at 9. I got there and told the lady who asked that I had called and was told to come at this time. I sit for 30 minutes before anyone came to me. And she tells me there are 4 people in front of me. With two braiders! I dont think so. Left and went to Eloms on West Blvd. Im sitting in the chair as I type. Love them. Been getting my hair braided by them for a couple years now.

They took me in, after I walked out of another African salon who had me waiting almost an hour and a half after my appointment time. This salon is expensive, but worth it. Box braids nice, neat, and REALLY tight, but done in 3 hours by one lady. I will be back!

Daughters appt. @ 3 did not get started on her hair till 4 and the lady kept stopping to help someone else. Then they only hair one working dryer so my daughter was going to have to sit and wait. No we left I dried her hair at home. Will not be going back.

I went there this month, 7/17. It was a horrible, experience! I had to take the braids out the next day, it was unbearable to tight and unprofessionaly put together, dont ever, ever ever go there
