Mom Bob fail! I was so upset I had to walk out after 2 hours for a simple mom bob. Belinda was very kind and personable but she didnt listen to what I wanted after telling her I need the back shorter. She had to go around again a second time and when she finally got to the front, she realized to angle it back, the back needs to be mush shorter. The short in the back, longer in the front bob, ya know? Not a new style. Instead I left looking like Lord Farquaad from Shrek. She tried to blow dry it and offered to fix it but I had no more time. I was there nearly 2 hours for a cut that should have taken less than 30 min. She insisted I come back and get it fixed but honestly, I wont set foot in there again. I am not sure about the qualifications of the stylists at this location, but it does leave a bad taste in my mouth now when it comes to Supercuts. She was a very nice lady but, I have to go get my hair fixed somewhere else now. I gave them a try. P.S. I feel bad for a sad review but, I wouldnt want this to happen to someone else.

Ive been in twice for a haircut and both times Ive walked out. The first time, there was one lady on the floor and a decent amount of people. Not a problem until she started to loudly apologize for not being able to do some style right on the client in the chair, then she stopped in the middle of his blending to show him some knots in her shoulders. Thats when I had to nope out. Today I went in, the only stylist was outside talking on her phone (I timed three minutes for her to finally tell whoever it was that they had to go, another couple to back into the shop), and when she got back in I had to repeat everything I said to the point where it was clear to me that communication isnt that stylists strong suit, and their shaky hands made me err on the side of caution and walk away. Sad. :/

I have been here three times in the past two months. We were here first for my mom (and she was very happy with her cut and the price--discount for military). And I have been back to get my hair cut twice. The first was a good cut by the available stylist; I was happy with it. But I just had a razor cut by Celina, the manager who is back now after being gone for four months for training. Anyway, my haircut is perfect. And the price was so reasonable, I cant believe there isnt a line out the door. (Well, all the seats were full of people waiting.) This is my go-to place for haircuts. My moms friends are happy going here, too. This is the best beauty shop Ive found in the Viera area in two years of looking!

I was pleasantly surprised after walking into "Super Cuts " on Murrell. I wear my hair like Ellen DeGeneres relativity short and prefer a razor cut as I feel it blends in better, BUT is becoming a lost art in stylists. Admittedly I am very fussy. I was greeted at the door and after a short wait Celina E. introduced herself. She is currently the manager. After discussing my desired hair style , to my surprise she asked "have you ever had a razor cut"? I walked out very pleased knowing I had found the stylist for the months I live in Florida. Do not hesitate to ask for Celina for her age she has years of experience and is a delight to spend time with. You will walk out with the style you want.

My son was looking for a new haircut. We explained what we wanted long on top short to the crown. I went back and it was to long up to the crown and styled in the exact same way he did not want it and she had cut a good inch off the top. That we did not want. Then when she knew I was upset she whispered to him make sure you dont spike it in front of your mom... He shrugged it off. We get in the car and he was so upset he cannot do anything with the top he wanted to. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO HAVE. will not be back. Your job is to make the customer feel great not make him upset he has to wait another few months to try again.

Waited for a haircut. Next available stylist wanted me to take a stylist that was already busy because " he is better at fades ". Said stylist purposely took a long, long time to cut a mans hair. Made it blatantly obvious he didnt want to cut my hair by continuously shaving one spot, moving slow, looking at me and saying his back hurts, ect. Waited 20 minutes. What a joke, never getting a haircut here because of the lazy employee!
