Small, HONEST trucking company. Good runs, good home time, good pay but the benefit (health insurance only benefit offered) is ridiculously expensive. Micromanaging of drivers is this companies HUGE downfall. All a good driver needs from dispatch is customer appointment times, addresses and back haul info. Company should invest in better GPS equipment if OPS must know the how and why behind every turn a driver makes. OVERALL. Great bunch of guys.

broke down over age trucks...very old trailers leaks...your get home time is a couple of hrs during the week and 34 hr restart weekends...dispatch is very NOT driver friendly...4 trucks in 7 weeks with break downs and still trying to get last check and hotel fees..all I can say is do your homework before you think of joining this company...
