The day shift are pleasant and have great attitudes, but one person on the night shift is rude to every person who walks in the door. I have spoken to several other drivers, and every one of them have complained about her negative attitude. She needs to work from home where the general public doesnt have to be exposed to such negativity.

Night shift employee, she is very rude. We had a 9pm appointment and she states it was 10pm. We verified with our Dispatch that it was 9pm. They tried to call and got no answer. We came back at 10pm and no one was here. Not sure why she is so rude but she shouldnt work here.
