(Nov 18, 2015) I had a delivery of a pallet of drinks being delivered. The driver asked me if I was going to help push this load up my driveway. Now I have a normal driveway, no incline to it at all. Apparently they sent someone that was way to old to be doing that kind of work. I told him he should have a helper with him. I told him I have neck issues and could not push a pallet of drinks. He never took it off his truck. He closed the back of his truck and left. (Nov 19, 2015) they send out another driver this one had a broken back. He also wanted me to push the pallet. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated and both drivers attitude.

I wish I could give no stars. This company damaged a piece of equipment somewhere in delivery. I notified them as soon as I opened the box and found it. They told me I was out of luck because I signed a sheet saying it had been delivered. The condenser coil is punctured making the unit worthless. After filing a damage claim, several phone calls, they still will not make this right. If you can help it, dont use this company.

We had a very difficult delivery situation. 4670 lbs on 2 large pallets delivered to a mini storage warehouse in Destin,florida . The driver...backed this 45ft trailer into this unit that not only amazed me, but the storage owner and several bystanders. We all were AMAZED at this drivers skills. UNbelievable is all I can say. USE R&L....they obviously hire the very best !
