I always have a good experience at this location but tonight was a GREAT experience. Upon entering the store with a line of 4 people, the first thing I noticed was Taylor. This guy was full of energy with a contagious smile. As customers, we should expect lines this time of year but that didnt keep some people in line from displaying their impatience. Taylor was quick and handled each customer with grace, that amazing smile, and he didnt skip a beat or seem the least bit stressed by the "not so friendly" customers. This guy made reccomendations, offered solutions and gave speedy, friendly service under pressure. Clone this guy...he knows customer service!! THANKS UPS!

There are times (about once a month) when I have to use this location, and every time I do, Im appalled at the level of service given ny the employees. Every other location Ive ever used has been great (especially the other one on 9 Mile Rd and the location in Gainesville, FL on 13th) and service is always warm and efficient. Here, however, the counter staff make it clear that customers and their patronage are not worthy of their respect.

We asked to have a single piece of paper scanned by the employee behind the counter and were charged $3 for the scanning AND an additional $3 for the email. This service costs the company no paper or ink - only 10 seconds of the employees time. INSANE pricing which should have been advertised up front. Could have done at Kinkos for less than a dollar.

Dishonest and fraudulent. Employees sell you " insurance " that they have absolutely no intention of honoring. They tell you your packaging is sufficient, sell you the insurance, full well knowing that unless they package it they deny any claims for damages. Should have criminal charges filed for fraud or class action lawsuit against deceitful practices.

I have been with this store for quite some time now, in the summer I opened a postoffice box. I have to say the employees are awsome!!! Super helpful courteous and professional. Store is near UWF. Despite how busy it got, the employees worked efficiently to handle the demand by staggering our services. I like how I did not have to pay for my fax until we received a confirmation that it was received. Great place to go if you are in a rush to get something done. Close to my home and very accessible to UWF.

i likewise couldnt agree more with the previous write up. these kids are rude and couldnt care less. my last experience with them has been something to the tune of, lights are on but nobody is home. theyre conveniently located to our residence but i cringe when i walk into that place

I have used UPS for notary service many times in the past and this location charged $10 PER NOTARY STAMP!!!! Two pieces of paper for $20. Never have I ever paid more than $2-$3 per stamp. Rip off!!
