Never called to schedule delivery so I had to contact them and they were unable to deliver on the proper date as a result. Also contacting to schedule the delivery is a nightmare as only one person can do the scheduling and it is almost impossible to reach them by phone. As much as I paid for shipping this is unacceptable for a company that claims to be as good as they do. I just hope the package arrives in good condition if I ever get it.
