My item arrived at their dock, and it somehow took 2 entire weeks to get somebody to deliver it. It also took 4 calls, 4 days in a row, to finally have someone call me back (even though I was told each time that someone would call me). All the people that I talked to on the phone were pleasant, but their must be a broken communication link between the people that answer the phone and the people that actually do anything. This was a Sams club purchase online, their choice of delivery service, not mine.
