Run away. And run fast. These guys lost my freight (a keg cleaner) for months causing my business to incur thousands in expense having to buy another cleaner to simply run my business Finally two months after the scheduled delivery time. After they claimed it was first never picked up (it was, I had proof.) Then claiming it was delivered (it wasnt.) as I was about to file a claim it magically reappeared in their warehouse. Then scheduling delivery - thats another whole level of incompetence. I wanted to change the address because I had another brewery interested in buying it. But they couldnt do that without charging fees and daily storage charges. (Even though they lost what should have been a six day freight for over two months) But fine...deliver it to the original address. I was totally ok with that. Trouble is they are impossible to reach on the phone. And they never call to reschedule. And on the rare occasion you can reach someone they gave what I believe is a fake name because two weeks later (after trying to call every single day) I finally was sent to a central call center who told me they had nobody working by the name the last person who talked to me claimed to be. And...they still couldnt help me schedule a delivery at their central call center. That has to be done through the local number - which they dont answer. Now all I want is my equipment that they lost in the first place delivered. But its impossible to get in touch with these schiesters - and I still am being charged storage fees. This, in my opinion is not a business but a criminal enterprise and run the other way - fast

I have been shipping LTL for nearly 20 years. Lots of great companies out there and this isnt one of them. I shipped a standard size pallet from Missouri to Boston, MA and the transit time was 13 days. When I called customer service to get an update and to inquire on the transit time the customer service woman was unfriendly, short and tried to blame it on the local carrier who picked up the freight from me. The local carrier, LME, did a great job with their part of the shipment. They met my truck mid day in a parking lot because of severe flooding in MIssouri. The driver was friendly and dispatch was understanding and professional. LME then delivered the freight to consolidate on a Clear Lane Freight Systems load in Chicago. That is where it came to a halt. I assume Clear Lane is holding freight at a warehouse and filling partial loads at deep discounts with no regard to shipping times. I was quoted a 4 day service on this when I booked it. I will not be using them again and highly recommend against anyone else using them.

seems only the haters post about this company. My only gripe is that it took 1 day more for them to pickup once they were supposed to but after that I soon found out why. Clearlane is a consolidator and subcontracts freight to be picked up and brought to their hub and then they fill a truck and take it across the country. if the truck isnt full then there might be a day or two delay, which is standard in freight. So all the haters out there probably have never shipped freight before and dont have a clue that its not like fedex or usps. Sure , I wish it was but as terms as the industry its pretty standard for freight companies to have a delay or a day or two on either end. In terms of the price, it was great because at the end of the day all I care about is my freight getting there safe and cheap as possible and if its a day delay, so be it. Thanks clear lane!!!!

This is the worst carrier I ever had to deal with. First our shipment had to wait 2 days for pick up because they couldnt accommodate it on the requested pick up day, then it should be delivered within 3 business days, so far we are 2 weeks in and the customer service is telling me stories about Spring Break at the destination causing problems with delivery. It is also again their policy to provide any contact information to destination terminals or even the address to their Headquarters. If I had know that are so bad I would not waste my time to ship with them. I hope that this review will stop many others form making this same mistake I did.

This carrier is pretty Bass Ackwards when it comes to tracking an item. They pick up and place a sticker on your BOL with one PRO# to track the item and then enter an entirely different PRO# into their system, making it impossible to track until you call them and get the alternate number. Took 2 weeks to deliver from Ca to NY because they didnt have a lift gate truck for the delivery. Item sat at their terminal for 10 days, but showed a transit and delivery time of 5 days. Empty promises from these guys, book with other carriers and save yourself the headaches.

Clear Lane has the slowest transit time of any freight that I have used. They are very unreliable and are not open to assisting in the resolve of a situation. Used this freight line for our business and shipped our product to a customer with enough time for it to be received (5 - 6 business days) and they are still in transit (on day 8). Lost a 67,000 dollar order and the customers project fell behind. This was for a Public opening of a company. Never have we had a situation handled this poorly than with Clear Lane. Run from this company at all costs!

Hands down the worst shipping company imaginable. Unfortunately, a vendor we order from always uses this company. We have a problem every single time. Accurate arrival is non-existent. They will tell you a date. When it doesnt arrive they will tell you another and another and another. Shipments can arrive weeks late. Customer service is a joke. Thats if you can even get ahold of them or they dont put you on hold for 30 minutes. Do yourself a favor, listen to all of these negative reviews. Please use a different company.

Booked pickup online through uship. For may 12. They show up April 28 to get the pallet. Then they totally cancel my order for pickup. I called on the 12th and they told me they would be able to get it that day. Well I boarded my plane the 13th with my stuff still in arizona. Its been over a week now and my pallet...according to tracking is still on its way from LA to Chicago. . From Phoenix. . They dont do anything on weekends. Slow drivers. BAD COMPANY... spend a few extra dollars and get a better service.this one SUCKS

I DO LTL SHIPPING ON A DAILY BASIS AND CAN HONESTLY SAY THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN ANY REALM OF BUSINESS. THEY HAVE HAD MY CUSTOMERS MERCHANDISE FOR 14 DAYS AND STILL CANT TELL ME WHEN IT WILL BE DELIVERED. WHEN I TOLD CUSTOMER "SERVICE" THAT THEY HAD BEEN TELLING ME THAT SHIPPING WAS "HOT" FOR DELIVERY FOR THE LAST 3 DAYS AND DID THEY HONESTLY THINK THAT WAS ACCEPTABLE SHE REPLIED "WELL, YEAH". NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHIP WITH THESE PEOPLE. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.
