Im writing this review after working with them for 6 years. Whenever they show up to my dock, they had rarely brought undamaged shipment. Thats why I limited my usage to very low on this carrier and moved my freight to other carriers. I still get shipments because some of my vendors using them. Their sales rep, Billy a nice guy, comes to me at least twice a year to say hello and I explained him why Im not using their services. Its mainly the damages and their drivers attitudes and their damaged item policies. They had me stuck 4 times with damaged equipment because they were able to convince me to sign the papers because they were not going to take the damaged item back to the shipper. I was screwed on those damaged shipments as well. The things happened yesterday and today were the worst things happened all my business life. Yesterday they convinced us again to sign the papers on a damaged item because they were not able to take it back, they did not let me write anything on the delivery receipt even though the outer shell of the packaging showed signs of damage. I was stuck with another damaged unit which I had to fix it with my tech and deliver right away. Billy came the next day and I told him what was going on. He called his service center to get more information and came back to me 30 minutes later to apologize and let me know that that driver went to a complete OS&D training that day because he messed up. Next day we had another delivery which looked like a newly trained young driver. I saw a dent on the box and wanted to inspect it. Most likely it did not have a dent but I wanted to make sure before signing the paper. When I bent over to check the pallet, driver, Matthew, ran to me with an anger and put me away from the pallet telling that I dont have a right to touch the freight with rising his voice. I brought the Billys card and showed the driver his card that I could check the freight if there is a sign of damage on the outside box. He was talking to his manager and lying about all the story. I was cursing and yelling at him, we cut his finger, he was calling the police, he was not safe here and all 3 of us were listening this story while looking at his eyes. This time we needed to deal with this kind of personality. Believe me, they have all the rude drivers in Nashville. Of course Ive met very nice drivers from their company as well but those times were exception. Usually they are rude and following the policies 150% which means they sometimes create new policies depending on the situation. After this incident, Billy called me to not to listen to me but to tell me that they were done with us with a raised voice as well. What? I was done with you 5 years ago buddy! I did not give you a penny of my business out of $200K spending with other carriers. Only some of my vendors are using you guys, thats why you come to my property. I already knew you guys how you operate your business and I already did not like your policies. Thats why you dont get my business. Billy is still a good guy though. I hope he finds a nicer job with a company that has better policies and care about their customers. I would never shop with SEFL and will be banning them and sending letters to all my vendors not to use them when they send me shipments.

By far the worst Southeastern facility. I visit several all around the southeast and this location consistently is the worst. No sense of what customer service is. But they are the cheapest. Guess we get what we pay for at this branch.
