I ordered a $600 bunk bed with stairs from Walmart which came in four separate boxes. The first three boxes were shipped to me through FedEx and they were left on my front lawn because no one was home the first time and the second time, the driver didnt even wait for me to answer the door to receive my package. The fourth box was delivered to me through Pilot Freight Services and I thought they would just leave the box on the front lawn like FedEx did, but nope! They called and even let me reschedule because I wasnt going to be home on the day it was to be delivered. They were very professional and they were on time with my delivery. Now that I had my package, it was too heavy for me to lift alone so although my delivery guy said he wasnt allowed to enter the home (Which he did not), he tipped the box onto my stairs enough for me to get it inside. Thanks Brian! You were of great service to me! Happy customer!

Poor excuse for a delivery service. My original item arrived damage so when the replacement got sent out, they didnt call me to tell me its on its way, so no one was home to sign for it. I specifically asked to be notified before the the delivery was on its way to my residents so now I have to wait even longer. Thank you Walmart for forcing me to use this disorganized mess of a company.

Had an expensive TV delivered by Pilot. I noticed they turned the TV around when they carried it out of the truck. After they left I saw the side of the box, that they turned away from me, was damaged. When I opened it, the frame of TV was dented and screen cracked in several places. Terrible company. They knew it was damaged.

This place is a joke had my delivery for 5 days and then gave it to a different company to deliver it and I still dont have talked to a manager named Matt said he would call me back still havent heard from him I called back he was in a meeting I said thats a lie!!!! I paid 100.00 for shipping again this place is a joke!!

2 day service turned into one week service. Came 2 hours after our 3 hour scheduled window. Package was obviously opened, possibly for inspection before delivery, but they couldve at least taped it shut afterwards. This company wouldnt survive if they were a consumer optional service.

Pleased with shipping company. I called and staff was great and I was able to pick up my merchandise from their facility in Romulus, MI. When I picked up, everyone was nice and the gentlemen loaded into my vehicle. A pleasant experience. I was picking up a television.

Most awful, rude, unhelpful customer service. I was ready to use their services, but the gruff, rudeness of the man on the phone totally turned me off. I was prepared with item types, weight, number of boxes, etc. I will be spending my money elsewhere.
