Ordered a tv from dell, had a question about my shipment and when i called the 800 number someone picked up without even needing a phone menu. The lady was very friendly and helpful, answered my question and said someone would contact me for delivery. This happened exactly as she said it would, the driver was very friendly and showed up when he said he would. I wish more things I order were delivered by this company!

The most unprofessional delivery service I have ever used. They had my package for over a week before even attempting to contact me regarding deliver and couldnt even give me a definite time in which they would deliver it to me. I had to take off an entire day of work just to get the item that I paid for.
