Randall, Colin & Ross are a moving dream team!! I was not as prepared as I could be for moving day due to a family emergency. They stepped in and packed like machines & went above professional courtesy. It was a long day, but they smiled, loaded & unloaded with precision & care! They are stellar young men. Polite, careful & strong!! I will be calling for College Hunks again!! Outstanding! Brandon, Anthony & Louis are professional, conscientious and highly competent young men. With great skill they planned the load in of my furniture, boxes, etc. so that only one truck was required for an interstate move. With wizard like skill, they fit things carefully into the truck like a puzzle! They are personable, respectful, strong and resourceful. We enjoyed their humor & marveled at their stamina in this summer heat. It was a pleasure to meet them & our experience with College Hunks has been excellent. Tomorrow Brandon & Anthony move us into our new home in Salem, Illinois! We are in great hands! Thank you for taking care of our move! Day two of our interstate move with Brandon & Anthony...complete success! They drove through a rain storm and a possible funnel cloud forming over KY, to safely unload our possessions in Illinois. These truly wonderful young men persevered to maneuver the truck for the most efficient, safe & dry unloading. And when a low ceiling looked like it might prevent the queen size box springs from being carried upstairs, they patiently & expertly juggled it until it worked...not a scratch on the walls or more importantly on them! I am still marveling at how well they packed the truck! That takes great skill & intelligence as well as muscles to organize so precisely. When I cant do something myself and must rely upon the expertise of another, I am humbled & grateful. Bless them and I am honored to have crossed paths with such fine gentlemen. I WAS a repeat customer of College Hunks. One of our two movers was totally worthless and I moved more than he did over the course of the move. We had damage done to two pieces of furniture that they are refusing to cover in totality. Their local office was shut down shortly after our move and we have been on a wild goose chase going on 2 months to get any type of resolve. Customer service has been null at best. We would have absoltuley looked past some of the issues had the customer service after our expereince been on par with making up for the time, energy and money lost in getting our furniture fixed, however they failed to make that happen. We will now be paying out of pocket for the damage on top of having a horrible experience. We will be taking our future business with both moving and junk removal elsewhere and would not recommend them to anyone.

No one use #CollegeHunksMoving...because they didnt "pack" my box of dishes, their insurance will not pay for the dishes--nor will the local franchise take any responsibility for it, saying "accidents happen" and if Id chosen to pay for the insurance ahead of time, then they could have paid for them. I said to the manager, "So your guys can toss my clearly labeled as fragile and heavy dishes anywhere, call it an accident, and Im left with broken items." He said that they had no proof of if I packed them correctly and I was like, Ummm...all of my other dishes made it into the kitchen and unbroken--packed the exact same way with an absurd amount of bubble wrap...AND none of THOSE boxes were crushed and sitting under another box in a completely different room. I sent him the photos and nothing. I will never use them again. Im so pissed off.

The movers called before their arrival to tell me they were on their way. When they arrived, they immediately began working, careful to lay down fabric to protect the carpet while walking in and out of the apartment. They wrapped every piece of furniture in thick blankets and Surran wrap. They even wrapped the edges of the doorway. They worked so quickly even though the weather was hot and they were carrying heavy furniture down 4 flights of stairs. I had to urge them to take a break and drink some water. They did not want to waste any time, which I greatly respect since youre charged by the hour. They were considerate of where I wanted the furniture to be placed in the new apartment as well. I was very impressed with their work ethic and positive attitudes. I highly recommend this moving company.

My new neighbor moved in this morning (in Brentwood), using this company. As I was walking my dog I saw their truck illegally parked in a no parking zone and blocking traffic on the 1 way street. There were other places for their truck that wouldnt impede traffic. When I politely informed one of the movers he flipped out "F*** you, did you tell the other people to move their f***ing cars?" referring to the other cars on the street that were legally parked. He came out of the truck like he wanted to fight. I know everything I need to know about this company. They are probably the cheapest movers around. Cant help but think that based on this experience the whole company is just like these guys. #collegehunks

I called College Hunks because I had some unused furniture to get rid of. When calling the office the associate was very friendly and helpful. He carefully explained the process and payment information. I was able to schedule an appointment the following weekend. I was so happy because I had talked to a few other places that would not come pick up my donations because I live in a second floor apartment. The day of service I was contacted before they arrived which was great. The two gentlemen came in, introduced themselves, gave me a price that was very affordable and quickly got to work. They were fast, efficient, and professional. I love this company!

I used their moving service when we were moving from a rental to a house we purchased. The move was only about 2 miles, but I needed their service for lifting the heavier/larger things and the truck. The two guys that did my move were excellent. Their earlier appointment cancelled so they called and asked if they could come early. That worked out for me so we got to start 2 hours earlier than scheduled. The guys were extremely friendly, looked professional, and took great care of my stuff. They moved everything I asked and were very quick about it. The fees were disclosed up front and there were no surprises. I highly recommend them.

Damaged my brick wall with their truck, lied about not knowing they hit it when my wife took pictures of the driver inspecting the damage, and my neighbor yelling at the driver. Took 8 months to get the job fixed and it looks like crap. Called and emailed corporate to get a response and no one ever contacted me about the issue. The worst part I never hired them the previous home owners did when moving. Terrible management at that company, I guess it goes to show the lucky college jokes that created the company are more interested in money than preserving their franchise. Sucks I have to give 1 star
