Promised 3 men, sent 2, took 6 hours to move what another company moved previously in 3 hours. They took 15 minutes to wrap the very first piece of furniture with 3 moving blankets, 3 wraps of packing tape and then shrink wrapped it, and it was just a small bench...for a 1 mile move! I told them to just load the truck, not to wrap every piece of furniture like that one. One of the guys told me that he had been with them for 2 months, and told me that was a long time for employees to stay. The other guy was so inexperienced, he did not know how to take the bed frame apart. They would stand in the truck and talk to each other while one of them idly moved blankets around. I moved on Wednesday, a slow day for them, which might explain why they were running the cost up by wasting time...no other jobs to go to. When I scheduled the move, I was told that they would have to box my big flat screen TV and that was an extra charge...they sat the TV on the truck and covered it with a blanket. The slowest, most unmotivated movers I have ever worked with. These are just a few of the problems I could relate. It was so bad that I started carrying things to the truck, and I only have one arm! After the moving day, I called the office and asked for a manager. I was told that everybody that worked there was a manager and the person I spoke to would not give me anyone else. I told him the story and that I thought an adjustment to my bill was in order, then he told me he had to refer me to customer service. Customer service was at a meeting and so they gave me the number where he was...I called, told another person the story, and they took my name and number and said they would give it to the customer service guy and he would call me back that day. It has been over a month and still no returned call. They could have prevented this review by making things right, or at least making an effort, but their complete and utter disregard for customer satisfaction warrants this review. They will never see another dime of my money, or of a couple of friends who asked me to recommend movers, or yours if you have any common sense. The business will probably post some response to this explaining it all away, but there is no rebuttal to this...this is the truth.

I am giving one star because I dont have the option of giving zero. I scheduled our move for Saturday, July 1 on Monday June 26 with Johnathan at the Murfreesboro location. We only needed help moving a few pieces of heavy furniture down three flights of stairs at our apartment, as we had our own moving vehicle. Johnathan asked what time I would like the movers to arrive and I told him around 10 am would be great. He said that shouldnt be a problem and that someone would call me Monday to confirm the time. I paid the deposit on Monday and expected to receive a call. I hadnt received a call by Thursday June 29 so I called and spoke with Bobby. He told me it would be 12 pm instead. I explained that this wasnt what I had been told previously but that we could make 12 pm work. He said someone would call me Saturday morning. By 12 pm on Saturday I had not heard anything so I called back. I spoke with David and he told me that it would be more like 3 pm. I was pretty upset and explained to him that I had now been told three different times and we had a three hour drive home to our new location. He explained their "scheduling" which apparently is not effecient whatsoever. My husband called back to get a better understanding to which he was told "thats just how moving goes". We continued to wait and move what we could. I called back towards 3 pm because again I had not been updated like he said. I spoke with David again who was extremely hateful and condescending. I explained again my frustration of being told so many different times by different individuals to which he replied that he couldnt give me a time and it could even be 6 pm before they show up. He said again thats just how moving goes. A professional, well scheduled business would have been able to give a more concise time window. If you could show up between 10 am and 6 pm then you dont even have a "schedule"?! I was also never told sorry or asked what could be done to make it better. David hatefully said "well do you just want a refund"? "No, I would like my stuff moved as scheduled! Luckily we were able to get help from someone else without having to give a dime to this company. I will make it my personal mission in life to see that no one I know EVER uses this unprofessional company!

Contacted them and was quoted that moving from my 2 bedroom apartment to my new home on the next block over would take around 3 hours. This sounded accurate because myself and a friend moved my stuff from an old apartment in mt juliet to murfreesboro in about 5 hours and they are the proffesionals so they should be able to do it faster. As they were loading the truck it was approaching the 3 hour mark and they hadnt even loaded any of the furniture yet. Being frustrated with the slow pace and concerned with how long it was taking i told them to not worry about the rest of the boxes or anything else laying around and to just load the furniture. They then proceeded to shove my couch through the door scatching the leather and cracking the door jam and scratching my neighbors door jam as well. When it came to my bedroom set they were to weak to carry it and dropped my dresser down the stairs. My old apartment was on the block next to where they are located and my new home is just one more block over from that. They charged me for an hour of drive time for driving 2 blocks total. So now to total up my cost of using their service. $2000 for a new bedroom set, $500 for a new couch, $200 for the damage at my old apartment, $700 for partially moving my stuff. Was told to contact customer service for damage and any dispute with the charges. I did so and they told me my initial quote was just an estimate and if it took longer it was because i had more belongings than the average customer. They also told me they only pay up to a certain percentage for damages but it wasnt even enough to buy a new couch. So essentially using these guys has cost me almost $4000. Do yourself a favor and use another company unless you dont mind paying people to vandalize your property then charge outrageous prices for doing so. P.S. Dont bother with that automated message from the "owner" to contact customer service because Ive stated that I did and they did not rectify the situation.

We were skeptical hiring All My Sons after reading a few reviews, but we didnt have a nightmare experience, although they have room for improvement. Customer service on the phone is good, the movers did a great job. We hired them to only move our heaviest items and we were impressed with the care and hard work they had in moving our items. There were no excessive breaks while on the clock either. Our pickup date was one day and the delivery day was the next day and both days they were late. 30 minutes the first day and 2 hours the next. I wasnt impressed with the ipad signature, I couldnt see what I was signing. Because they had to hold our stuff overnight, the software had trouble with our billing and we ended up getting double billed for the delivery but they took care of that right away and issued credit no problems. One of our tvs did get damaged and the filing a claim process is just stupid. You have to provide pictures, sign a claim form and have it notarized, and write a statement. Instead of just sending someone out to take pics and document the damage, they make it difficult for the customer so they hope you just throw your hands up and dont go through with the claim. We havent submitted ours yet, so dont know the outcome. Overall, Ive heard some horrible stories about moving companies, and we were concerned, but I think we would hire them again. The guys really worked hard and were friendly. We had 2 different crews on pickup and delivery and both crews consisted of professional and friendly employees.
