I dont generally write reviews on Uhaul, and honestly, most of them likely would have been negative. However, this is related to hitch wiring on my Honda Odyssey. Ive had some issues with the wiring not working properly on a variety of trailers (i.e. likely not an issue with the trailer but with my wiring). I pulled up to this location, after calling to confirm there was availability to look at my van. Michael was the first person I spoke with. He was extremely helpful and professional and jumped right in to looking at the situation. Aaron also jumped in to help out - also very courteous and professional. Brandon seemed to be the most experienced / knowledgeable, particularly with respect to wiring on a Honda Odyssey. So, it didnt take all three guys, but I think they partly just werent all that slammed, yet. In any case, the issue turned out to be a bad "box" that was part of the original wiring kit that was not purchased from Uhaul. They sold me a new one for $40 and installed it for only $6! Needless to say, I was very pleased with these guys and would have no problems recommending them to anyone. In addition, the new wiring kit now has LEDs to show whats working and what isnt and they also added an inline fuse to protect the setup, which had not been done on the original install. All of this was after my in-laws took the van to a local GM dealership in small-town America to resolve the issue...to no avail. They just wasted money and still didnt have anything resolved. Brandon, Michael, and Aaron took great care of me, were extremely polite in the process, and were very professional! Thanks, guys!

This was a good experience up until drop off. I scheduled an after hours drop off on Sunday and when I went to turn the truck in, I had to park with the end of the truck almost sticking out in to the main road. THEN due to the layout of the truck drop off area and the trailers, my car that I left was blocked in for the night. THE NIGHT. There were probably 4 trucks in each drop off lane, but my car was blocked in by the second dropped truck. This was Sunday night and I am fairly new to town, so I had to sleep in my car from 10:30pm until 4:30am before I could get someone to pick me up and drive me the 20 miles to Spring Hill. I was a sitting duck for anyone walking behind the gas station next door who may have wandered up to my Infiniti - real safe! When I came in the next day to pick the car up and tell the manager about the situation, I was met with glazed over eyes and then the guy who decided to take on the conversation (manager?) told me it was the CUSTOMERS fault! That THEY should have pulled up BEYOND the big STOP SIGNS that clearly communicate that you should stop and park! Apparently customers are told that for after hours drop off, they should pull up and drop off (I wasnt told anything like that) which basically goes against every visual cue the lot has set up. So this is a planning failure on the depots part, NOT a customer failure to follow directions that were not given! I will not be supporting this Uhaul depot again.

Cant wait til some of these complainers start their own moving and storage centers. The crap they whine about are problems normal people would be more understanding and less butthurt about. Stuff thats beyond anyones control or created by their own inadequacy but they want special treatment like they are better than everyone or they walk in and rent trucks during busy moving season and not care about other customers that also reserve the equipment and ruin everyone elses moving plans because they are entitled Ive rented moving vans twice this month and gotten a storage unit. The equipment was top tier and the storage clean and secure. The storage place stays full so crying because you went over your due date with no prorated charge when they allow a 5 day Grace period to settle everything sounds like the renters fault. Like I said I cant wait until these people start their own moving and storage centers so I can go whine about everything they do

Terrible experience. I made reservation with national office for two days. I moved reservation up one day when agent called me to tell me to pick up trailer. When my wife got there they told her she could only have it for one day. The didnt care that we were heading out of town in three hours. They didnt make an attempt to get another trailer from another facility or to have uhaul send another trailer for the mix up. My wife had to drive 35 miles to another location to get a similiar but bigger trailer. Read there reviews people, dont even bother. The manager didnt even try to come up with a solution. He just said sorry. Heres the best part, the manger blamed me for making the reservation onine! AVOID THIS PLACE.

I have been using this UHaul since 2007. I have rented trucks & trailers there multiple times & even brought one here on a one-way. Used the rental & "free" storage option as well - inside climate controlled & outside non-climate controlled. Everyone here has always been professional, helpful & provided good service. The only problem here is they have NO room. Since everyone appears to be moving to Middle TN all of the trucks, trailers, etc... seem to accumulate here. This makes it very difficult to access your outdoor unit & to get in & out of the lot. Other than that, even though the faces have changed here slightly over the years, they are typically young men that provide good customer service!

Worst storage unit ever! Very expensive compared to others and they charge you extra for 24 hour service! There was always hauling junk and trucks parked in front of my "drive up" unit so I was never able to access it without having to climb over their mess! The guys that work there are nice but clueless. It took forever to straighten out a balance problem on my account and they hardly ever answer the phone. The ONLY reason I used them was because I needed to set up a unit on a Sunday and they were the only ones open. Ill definitely stay away next time and suggest you do the same!

We had many items stored here when their building flooded last month. They didnt inform anyone of the flood for 2 days - leaving everyones belongings sitting in water. We moved to a different unit on another non-flooded level. They didnt give us credit for the 3 weeks that were remaining on the flooded unit. Now they are sending us notices of late fees, inaccurate due dates, etc. We have called many times and written two letters with no resolution. Horrible customer service!!!!

Very bad experience. We reserved a 26 truck and they called us back even at 5pm on 8-31 to confirm our truck would be ready. We have everyone lined up to move and at 8am we show up right on time and they dont have our truck. So to get our truck they send us a hour+ away round trip in downtown traffic. Meanwhile were losing $150+ paying people to wait 1.5 hours for truck to show due to the delay. No offer to adjust anything or free blankets, cart, etc.. Terrible.
