Would give a ZERO star rating if I could. This company did not return phone calls or emails for weeks. I finally called to cancel as they obviously didnt want my business. I originally contacted the Niles, Michigan location on 4/17/15. They emailed me saying they would call later that day. About a week later, I emailed back and asked if I maybe misread the email as I still hadnt received a call. She apologized about the miscommunication, and then said she was in an office without a phone for the next week or so (??). I thought that was a strange excuse for a professional business, and I never heard anything more from them. So after that dead end, I decided to give Two Men & a Truck a second chance, but decided to try the St. Joseph, Michigan location instead. The woman I spoke to on the phone on 5/4/15 was really apologetic about my previous experience. She emailed me right away requesting a list of items in my house. [side note: I do find this a little strange still as most moving companies want to come to your house to create an estimate] I sent her my list the very next morning (5/5/15). She sent me an email on 5/6/15 stating that she was starting my quote ; I responded & thanked her. And that was the LAST I heard from her. I never got a quote. I emailed her after a week and politely asked when we could expect a quote. No response. Waited another 4 days, emailed again, nothing. Called the office, spoke to someone else who said my rep was on the other line and would call me right after. She didnt. Finally after 2 weeks, I called the main office number to cancel. Obviously no one at either of these locations are interested in actually MOVING people!

Two F@#$s and A Truck is more the appropriate name for this company. We absolutely have had a nightmare of and experience with them!!!! We were quoted by Carol at our local St. Joseph, MI branch on 3515 Lakeshore Dr., that our move would be approximately 6 1/2 to 8 1/2 hours, I get it, this is an estimate but 30 plus hours, 4 trucks and I dont even know how many men later the job was finally done. I have reached out to the local office and I was so very generously (very sarcastic) given 4 free hours of moving which did not make me happy but I was smack dab in the middle of our moving process. So I continued to pay (they had me by that balls) and figured I would resolve it after the process was done. I escalated my complaint to the corporate office. There a Ms. Anna Bates appeased me by assuring me that she would get to the bottom of things and in not so many words called me a liar and said it was her companys word against mine and that she was so sorry that I felt cheated but frankly there was nothing that she could do at the cooperate level anyway!!! After all she had talked to a local supervisor and I had signed all the paperwork. Thank you Anna for wasting my time. What has happened to good customer service??? Does it even exist any more...not at Two Men and A Truck I assure you.

Overall, excellent experience using TWO MEN AND A TRUCK! The movers were courteous, responsive and great to work with. They did their best to be both swift and careful while moving our belongings and offered to help in any way they could. I really appreciated them taking the time to wrap all the furniture, disassemble certain items and then reassemble once we reached our final destination! Great job and I would definitely recommend their company and services to others!

I am very unhappy with 2 men and a truck . At no time was I told that I would be reponsible for Travel time . I have made several attempts to contact the regional manager, but have yet to receive a return call. Better training is needed for their associates . I was quoted a price of 124.00 . Flat rate. V. The staff was very helpful when I called to schedule. The moving team was excellent, pleasant, and hard working. Used them again and as before the experience was good. The drivers where very courteous and hustled to get the job done quickly.
