Never have I seen such an unprofessional and inept business. First they tore my cushioned vinyl floor, trying to move a fridge, that they finally said they could not move; Although I PAID TO HAVE IT MOVED!!! No REBATE, nor adjustment. Next they DENTED my entry door trying to carry a Day Bed Frame with the headboard ATTACHED. I am just glad that I took apart my KING SIZE bed frame before they could cause any damage with it!! After all this they expected FULL PAYMENT: which I paid, why I dont know??Then to top it all off (AFTER I TOLD THEM WHAT I THOUGHT OF THEIR SERVICE), and advised them to LEAVE, the one (REX) that did most of the DAMAGE yelled at me to have GOOD DAY, from the truck when they left?? How am I going to have a GOOD DAY after ALL THE DAMAGE THEY HAD DONE!, AND MY FRIDGE IS SITTING WHERE THEY LEFT IT, BLOCKING THE DOOR TO ONE OF MY BATHROOMS?? Our house is for sale and we are having SEVERAL showings. This fridge situation is not going to bode well with prospective buyers. Surely they will wonder, WHAT kind of people leave their NEW fridge BLOCKING their bathroom door?? I am extremely disappointed, and will seek PAYMENT FOR THE DESTRUCTION TO MY PROPERTY, and also PAYING FOR A TASK THEY WERE ILL EQUIPPED TO COMPLETE!! I will also tell everyone I know NEVER TO USE THIS COMPANY, and that is giving them more respect than they deserve, calling this GROUP?? a COMPANY !

Jordan, Tyler and Archie came today to move a credenza from the first to second floor of my home after another delivery service claimed that the credenza was too heavy to take to the second floor. IIm now calling these three gentlemen my three angels. They assessed the credenza and the location for placement on the second floor, and made it look "easy peasy". They carried the credenza to the second floor with no problem, and even helped to discard the packaging. They were extremely efficient, courteous and professional. Although they had to wait for me to arrive home, they all continued to display a great attitude when I did arrive. Based on these three young men alone, I would hire Leaders Moving again in a heartbeat. In fact, I am keeping the card they gave me so that the next time I move, I will have the number readily available.

We had an excellent experience with our movers! From Zack meeting before hand to give us a free quote on our move, moving us within a short notice, and the moving day itself, we had a very positive, hassle-free move. Will and his crew were very professional and courteous. They handled all of our belongings with care including several antiques with glass fronts. They were helpful and very patient when I wanted to add furniture pads and coasters to our furniture before placing each piece on our new hardwood flooring. They were as careful when removing furniture from our old home as they were when placing it in our new home. Even though it was a very hot and humid day they remained business-like and cheerful! The whole Leaders group made our move a less stressful adventure. Thanks to all at Leaders Moving and Storage!

I used Leaders again just yesterday and the crew that moved us this time was just as great as the last! I had checked several moving companies along with Leaders and chose Leaders because of the very reasonable price. Everything from the initial scheduling down to move day was handled very professionally and the move went like clockwork! Tyler and Andrew were very respectful and handled everything from furniture to artwork with a lot of care. They managed to be very personable while maintaining great professionalism. This move was very difficult for me and they made it much easier.

Great moving experience. Every piece handled with extreme care, especially extra large executive desk that they managed to get down hall into a bed room. Movers were clean, polite and nothing seemed to be a problem. No problem moving a large breakfront to another area in new home. Arrived on time ready to go with no time outs. If I were still in business Id try to steal those two men. Zach, manager, was also great and knowledgeable. A few changes in pieces to be moved were handled over the phone with immediate adjustment in price. You cant go wrong with this company.

I cant say enough good things about Leaders!. From the moment of the estimate by Chris K. to the 4 man team who handled our out of state move, Leaders provided a totally professional, efficient and timely service! Jeff, Archie, Adam and Drew arrived on time, began working immediately and didnt stop until the move was complete. We had multiple stops with our move, one of which was storage and Jeff was amazing at arranging our items carefully and efficiently. Thank you, Leaders! I have already began spreading the word with friends and famliy!

Moved from Indianapolis to Georgia. Good price, and was personally the best move that I have had. Driver and the other mover (Jeff and Archie I believe) were top notch: punctual, hard-working, and accommodating. When we arrived in Georgia, the driver went above and beyond by helping us fit an entire household of items into a much smaller apartment. His "customer pleasing" attitude was appreciated. I can highly recommend them based on this duo of movers who helped me.

We had the pleasure of working with Jujuan and Will this morning in Fishers moving from our apartment to our new home. Let me tell you, these two were beasts and moved us in no time! Took care of our furniture like it was their own and even helped provide a tool to get our striped screw out of our bed!! Simply amazing! Please recognize these two individuals for an amazing job! Jeff, Mike and Dustin were wonderful! They were professional, knowledgeable, polite, focused on their work. They are strong and fast! They moved quickly to avoid the rain that was predicted. Their expertise made what could have been a stressful day, very organized and relaxed. Zach (Sales manager) was exceptional as well. Steve stopped in to ensure all was going as planned. A nice personal touch! I never imagined the move would go as smoothly!

You dont often hear about moves that go 100% smoothly, but this one did. Leaders was able to provide an estimate over the phone. On the day of the move, the team was punctual, friendly and clean. There was only one casualty - a small Christmas ornament - and the guys felt terrible and cleaned up every broken piece. Im sure if I had bothered to submit for reimbursement it would have been equally smooth. I would definitely use Leaders again!

Will, Deondrae and Nick from "Leaders Moving" did a good job overall. They showed up on time, did their best to ensure everything was protected (used floor runners for entry ways and packing blankets to protect door frames), were friendly and polite. We received quotes from a few different places and Leaders was the best overall value. Hopefully we will not have to move again anytime soon, but if we did, I would definitely call Leaders again.

The pricing model us crystal clear based on inventory, and they were the best priced offer I had. No doubt Mike, Will, and Jordan are the "Dream Team " of this group ! They worked hard, were polite, disassembled and assembled items to be moved without any problems, and were very careful to not damage the items or the house. We had a two day move, and Leaders was nothing shirt of fantastic. Thank you LEADERS !
