I brought our truck to this shop and they went above and beyond to fix it properly, this is an old school shop that believes in doing good work for a fair price. they had to go back over the job as it was complex and they fixed it again without added costs !!!!!! they have a shuttle service as well as just very good customer service. they are HONEST and that is rare with mechanic shops. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to all who want good work and good prices ! I am floored by this service center as they are very real and genuine. this is the place to go for an excellent experience !

I took my van to The Car People and was so impressed by their professionalism. From the moment I walked in to get an estimate to see what was wrong to their diagnosing the problem to me picking up the car ahead of schedule. They delivered on everything they promised. A huge shoutout to Wayne Brown and The Car People! This tired and sick mama and her active toddler had a flat tire in the middle of standstill, rush-hour traffic. Pulled into the first parking lot I could get to and ended up here. Even though they were closing up for the night, Mr. Brown pulled my car in from the cold and installed my spare tire...free of charge! Friendly, honest and willing to go the extra mile! This place is amazing! Awesome service! I drove in last minute after my car did weird things on the interstate as I was driving through Nashville, and they were so friendly and helpful! Seriously, some of the friendliest people Ive met. Nothing was seriously wrong with my car and they had me in and out in 20 minutes. Even though I live in Clarksville, I will definitely drive my car here if I need work done on it.
