My car was driving poorly (erratic acceleration, sluggish, engine rattle) and I gave myself a pep-talk before taking it in. "OK. Plan for $1,000. Whatever it is, just plan for $1,000." I took my car in on a Wednesday morning and within 15 minutes, Chet had diagnosed it as needing a new fuel pump (or fuel pump sensor, cannot remember). I asked "Okay. How much is it?" It was $112 + 1 hour of labor ($80 or $85). The Volvo dealership they called had the part but didnt deliver, so the kind lady at the front desk just casually said, "No problem. Ill drive down to Franklin and get it for you so we can get your car back to you today," despite my telling them if they needed to keep it, they could. She also asked if she could give me a ride to work when she noticed the friend coming to get me was 15 minutes late (I declined, but thanked her). I also requested that they check my shocks and my brakes... I got a call about two hours after I left that my brakes were fine until my next oil change (which they were giving me that day)... and that my shocks were also fine; a simple part was loose under the car and they tightened it. They very easily couldve replaced my brakes earlier than necessary and invented a suspension problem... they didnt. I trust Chet. He is MY mechanic. And I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend EurWerks.

If you are looking for a K Mart or magician (theyre own words) then this is the wrong place to go to. If you want your car done right the first time or you want to be treated professionally, this is for sure the wrong place to go. I worked in customer service for several years and honestly Chet and his daughter have no concept of the words customer conflict resolution. They took every concern as a personal attack and were bent on defending their "good name" instead of listening to my dissatisfaction. Chet was pretty rude to me but not according to his receptionist daughter. I am out of $1300 and my car is in the same condition that it was in when I brought it there. But in theyre opinion, they helped me by giving me a military discount (my husbands deployed). After taking my car in on 4 occasions, I ended up bringing it to the Jaguar dealership in Brentwood paid $200 to find the parts and work arent any good. Chet said I couldnt get a refund, he would only change out the parts. But at this point I have very little faith in him. Chets daughter informed me they have a great reputation and they have great reviews so maybe take her word for it or take my advice. Spend a few hundred more and get it done the right way the first time and be treated professionally.

I have been taking my fleet of Saabs here for various services since they opened several years ago. Every time Ive had a car in, Ive been very happy with the service and the rates. They also always have some really cool cars in the garage being worked on, which are fun to dream about! While there are other Saab shops in town, Eurwerks crushes them on price for everything - even simple stuff such as oil changes. Its also nice being able to talk to Chet (the mechanic) about whats going on or the repair that was completed. Eurwerks was also willing and able to work with me on purchasing my own parts on one bigger job (which I could get a touch cheaper than they could with a coupon), and install them - and they didnt adjust their labor price up because of it. Finally, they respond to e-mail! This is awesome because honestly, car maintenance is not always on the top of my mind, so being able to communicate at night, or on an airplane, and get a response the next business day is such a great convenience. Thanks very much for running an honest shop!

Had a problem with my fuel pump. Land Rover wouldnt start. They first said I needed a new battery then an auxillary fan. Did it. Two days later...same issues. I take it back. This time asking for this same issue to be resolved and requesting they wedge my rearwindows shut. Three days later the truck will not start. The mechanics jammed ink pens in my windows, and suddenly my a/c is barely working. I paid over 2k for repairs that were never completed. I asked for compensation only to be told to bring it back for a third time. I declined and wisely took it to Lances Foreign Auto near the fairgrounds and there learned how underhanded Eurwerks really was. They seperated the parts from a complete fuel pump package. Only installing the pump and not its connections. The older worn and weathered pieces made a bad connection causing bleeding. Eurweks didnt install a new sender either.

I had a fuse changed around in my car at an AutoZone and I needed the fuse put back because every service light in my car was on and when ever you would put my car in reverse the car would shut off. I called them to see if they were able to put the fuse back into the correct place being that my car was shut off. Not only did they put the fuse back they also went out of their way to put air into my tires & drive it around to make sure everything was ok. They were such nice people and so accommodating by even turning on cartoons in the office for my son. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get great service for your car & amazing customer service. they really went above and beyond & Im so grateful for them.

This is a great place to take your vehicle. They are very trust worthy and honest. Everyone I have interacted with is very friendly. I have taken my Mercedes to them now twice and every time they have been upfront and honest. The rates are fare and the work is first class. I highly recommend this shop.
