Weve used a number of catering services in the area, none lived up to our expectations. In concern with DFW BBQ Catering, these fellows came through on every promise and then some. It was pretty clear when using them that they try to earn repeat business (probably more than they try to gain new business). The BBQ lives up our Texas quality standards. The service is perfect. The details impeccable. Believe me, Ive used some crap catering companies. One was late to a golf event we held over in Parker. I mean, honestly, how are you going to be late? Im not saying bad food is acceptable, but man, you gotta at least show up on time. Not naming names. The point being, DFW BBQ didnt leave us hanging, showed up on time, had great good, and the people were all nice and friendly.

We hosted a corporate offsite for 60 people from around the world – Paris, Singapore, Toronto, London and various parts of the US and wanted to give them a true Texas BBQ experience. Brian did a fabulous job of catering a BBQ at our office. The dinner was the highlight of the offsite. The food was outstanding and folks raved about it for days after. Especially popular was the variety of meats and the quality preparation. Brian and his crew’s attention to detail and service was outstanding. We hired DFW BBQ Catering to cater our family reunion at Lake Lewisville. If i could give them 6 stars, I would. The service and food both exceeded our expectations. I included a photo of the awesome set up they did for our family. I was impressed how efficient and friendly the service was. They even stayed extra to help clean up and ensure we left no trash behind. We will be using them again and I highly suggest them.
