This was my favorite place out of all the venues I saw online, I talked about it since the first week I got engaged. We asked for a tour and we were told to do a self-guided tour because our wedding date was 2 years away. I wont bother touring because that type of customer service is not what I want on my wedding day. I dont see why an early planner doesnt deserve the same customer service as everyone else. Disappointing.

My daughter and new son, just had the most beautiful reception at the Windsor. The staff was fabulous, the food was excellent and the experience was perfect. The key is the planning and details.
