If I could give these guys half a star, it would be too much. They came highly recommended and had a 5 star rating on here. I have never been so disappointed with the carelessness they exhibited moving into my new home. Jason was a nice guy but a few on his crew just didnt give a crap about my belongings or the fact that the wood floors in the house were getting scratched from dragging and dropping furniture and boxes. Damage caused to a few furniture peices. Had to tell them to pick up cigarette butts they left on the road and sidewalk so I didnt get fined from the HOA. There is no expressing how upset and angry I am about this debacle. I would not recommend this company. I still paid for the move because they did the work but I am sorry I used them, good reviews or not! Yup, still cant get anyone to call me back. Called twice today and left messages and no response. Also have not been able to locate hardware to put my office desk back together. These guys are truely bottom of the barrel and considering the high rating they have, it really makes me wonder after such a shoddy job they did for me, who is actually leaving these reviews.

I had gotten a great reference on these guys so I used them for a local move here in Dallas. Im going to try and refrain from describing how I feel to sticking to the facts. First, they showed up with a pickup truck and trailer which was too small so they had to make two trips which almost doubled the cost of the move as well as their quote as they got stuck in traffic the second trip which we paid for since they are hourly. In the house we were leaving they damaged a light and scraped the wall in several places. In the new house they severely damaged the front door, new hardwood floor as they refuse to put down any cardboard to protect the floor, multiple chips and scrapes in walls, lost parts of my gym that I paid extra for them to move. They have refused to return a single phone call since the move. I cannot recommend staying away from these guys strongly enough. One of them made the comment ... "How do you expect us to move a refrigerator without damaging the floor?" Too bad as I know others have had a good experience.

Bad Experience! I have used Mustang Movers once before, and gave them a five star rating, and have referred several friends and co-workers to Mustang Movers. I hired them to do a move this week for me from one apartment to another less then 3 miles away. The past guys that moved me before where professional and took care of my belongings. This crew didnt! I was very disappointed in the way my belongings were thrown in a closet and furniture was placed like the crew didnt care! I paid $550.00 and I feel I was taken advantaged of and over charged. Enjoy your money Mustang because I will not use you again, and I will not refer any friends, coworkers, or family to you going forward! Very disappointed and upset ex customer!

It was my good fortune to have found Mustang Movers. Kahle Lewis responded to my phone call by coming out to give an estimate. I was pleased with his explanation as to how they would handle the move and the confirming email with all the details convinced me to use this company. My daughter was planning a move several weeks before mine and I gave her the information I had found on Mustang Movers. She decided to use them for her move. When I asked her what kind of a job they had done - her response was "Awesome." The packers and movers that arrived for my move were professional, courteous and worked very quickly and completed everything as promised.

I used these guys when we moved into our apartment back in July 2014. They were awesome, professional, and quickly moved everything I needed moved. Now I am using them again after another mover I had scheduled with was unable to keep my date selected and wanted to change my move date. Needless to say I should have contacted these guys to begin with. Not only are they able to help me move on the date I need to move on short notice, but they still had my information and the amount of stuff I needed to move on file. I will recommend these guys in a heartbeat if anyone ask me for someone to use in moving. See you guy on Saturday. Much love <3!

My move experience with Mustang was phenomenal. They were timely to when they said they would arrive. I moved out of a third story apartment and they had everything in the trailer within an hour. I was amazed by their efficiency as well as the care they took to ensure all my furniture was protected with blankets and other packing materials. The total move time from start to finish only took 2 hours which I thought was great since I moved from Las Colinas to Addison. The job was completed by 4 movers. They were all very funny and had great attitudes. I would definitely recommend Mustang Movers to anyone looking to hire movers.

Pros: Showed up on-time, came with four guys who were really friendly, professional, and GOT IT DONE! They showed up at 9:20 AM and I was in my new apartment, with all things set before 11AM. They were so cool we even threw around the football for a bit, and I ordered them some pizza back at the office because they did a great job. Would recommend all day long. Cons: more expensive compared to other companies I called but I can see why. They bring a truck, equipment, and 4 movers. No cons really.

Mustang Movers were absolutely wonderful! I have a 1 bedroom apartment and I was moving 1 building over in my community. They had my entire move done within an hour, including washer and dryer, taking my bed apart and reassembling it, all the boxes, and a huge antique roller top desk. They were absolutely professional, friendly, and they made the whole experience a million times easier! This was my first experience using movers for myself and I will always use Mustang Movers in the future.

Studs! The team of linebackers Mustang sent over were courteous, FAST, and super careful. By the way, if you are thinking of getting a two man team to save money, dont! Its actually costing you extra money. A four man team does the work in less than half the time that a two man team does. These guys were FLYING around. Not a single glass got broken and they disassembled and reassembled both beds in no time flat. Absolutely the best move Ive ever experienced.

UPDATED: After posting, Mustang got in touch with me, and has done what they could to make it right and even took my furniture to be repaired. Very disappointed in the service I received. The movers were careless --- I have tape marks on antique furniture, my washer was broken, and a whole box of breakables -- clearly marked "Fragile" was tossed and everything broken. I called and emailed pics of the damage, and never received a response from the owners.

I move quite a bit and this was the best and quickest service I ever had. The guys came well prepared ready to work, friendly and personable. This made me feel confident that my belongings were in great hands and I had nothing to worry about. I did not have to tell them what was valuable and to be careful they noticed and packed accordingly to protect everything. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants some one to move them quick and carefully!
