I called the day before and the day of my scheduled pick up which happened to be the weekend Hurricane Harvey hit in southeast Texas. The pick up was in Austin, TX and every call said they were coming (there was a total of 5 calls). FINALLY, the driver called two hours AFTER the pick up was supposed to occur (after 6pm on Saturday) and said he called that morning to tell me they were not coming. Interesting that I had NO phone message, text message, email and their office said they were scheduled to come all that day. The kicker is that I drove down from Dallas, TX that morning and the driver just chuckled and said he knows he called because he remembered my ring back tone. Really, is that what you are going say to a customer that your office has told ALL DAY that you would be coming. Next time, leave a message, send a text, inform your home office who answers the call...something. Finally, what reminded me of this awful experience is that I got a cancellation notification via email TODAY, September 5, 2017. Why, thank you for the notification. Would NEVER recommend to use simply based off the flippant attitude received and zero responsibility. Hope this helps someone else that needs assistance in moving items. There are other options like Junk King who went out of their way to assist my situation AND they were cheaper. Showed up on time and were great!

This service was absolutely fantastic, far exceeding expectations. Initial estimate and scheduling was fast and easy with next day availability. The haulers were exactly as advertised, young strong college kids. Super polite, professional, thorough, and FAST. We had a small office clear out of about 3k sq ft, large old desks, old furniture, used computer and electronics equipment, and tons of archived paper files. I opened up the office, did a quick walk through, then went to lunch and was told it would take an hour max. Came back and the office was completely cleared out within the hour. Great job Justin, Fletcher, Max, and Nick!!! This was truly an excellent experience that far exceeded my expectations of a junk removal service. Highly recommend!!!

On June 10, CHHJ came to our house and hauled off a garage full of 8 years worth of junk and trash. The young men who came out, Fletcher, Max and Nick were extremely polite, very professional, and did an enormous amount of work in a small amount of time. It was on a Saturday, very hot, and getting to be late in the day. I have a teenage son who is showing interest in getting his first job, and I think these young men are such a great example of hard working, professional, dependable employees who could very easily have been doing other things on a hot Saturday afternoon in June. I needed labor for moving furniture/boxes to garage for a home remodel. Franchise owner called ahead to confirm what was needed and go over pricing, etc. Day of service there was a call 30 minutes before arrival to tell me they were on their way. The two young men were professional and courteous and worked solid for over 2 hours getting a tremendous amount done. They didnt hesitate to ask questions if they were not sure about something. A very positive experience in every way and well worth the price.

I have told everybody about CHHJ and how this was totally stress free. They got rid of EVERYTHING that I didnt want or need at my new place. I love how theyre going to donate a good part of it to charity (and I get the write-off) and get rid of everything else. No packing every thing up and talking it to the dump. The guys were courteous and professional; both in college. Declutter and make it easy by calling these guys. Its worth the price!!

Just got a new mattress and needed to get rid of the of king. I found the hunks online, called at 1:30 and offered to com at 4. They called at 2 to say they could be here at three. And they were. They were clean, presentable and very efficient. In out and paper work 10 minutes.Then got a call from the owner to make sure everything had gone well! Glad I found them and will use the again if I have the need..

Max & Fletcher were awesome! We didnt have huge amount of stuff and we probably could have done this work ourselves but they made it so EASY, did it with a smile, were totally polite and cheerful...I felt great about offloading the hassle of getting rid of this stuff and was happy to pay for it. This is a great service. Id gladly use them again. Nice work boys!

We had to get everything out in a hurry. We scheduled everything out a week in advance they called two days later to confirm. They showed up 15 minutes earlier they did call ahead of time to make sure that was ok and someone was going to be there to let them in. They had everything moved out in less then 45 minutes. highly recommend!! .
