We had the worst move ever. We have moved from Europe to the States, from Atlanta to Pittsfield, MA, from there to NY and then to TX (with another company to TX) and from TX here - they damaged and broke the leg off a matching love seat, ruined the top of an inlaid Stickley and audi coffee table, they broke solid Tomasville chairs(3) of them, they dropped the bottom of the hutch deliving it into our new place, they used a hammer on the bed frame, they did not put any boxes in the rooms - and talking about boxes there were many holes in the sides, black and dirty - tops of clothing boxes completely broken - items stolen - etc. We have been trying to get them to repair the furniture - replace the broken items that were other than furniture, etc. They are refusing to do anything and only want to pay us $65.00 in damages. At least treat the customer with some respect and pay for the repair of the Stickley and Audi love seat leg (quotes were given on these items) many pictures of the destroyed boxes and dirty boxes given. We certainly not being treated fairly after paying them almost $10,000. This is disgraceful .

This was a very awful experience with this company. The driver arrived without calling as stated. When he walked in I showed him items that was listed on my contract. He immediately saw the bunk bed and said it looked like a double bed. I stated a bunk bed is and always has been two beds and he said well let me check. He googled it for about 20 minutes and then went over other times. His counter part was ready to move but the driver was for some reason trying to find things wrong. After he did the inventory he stayed that I owed $927 additional fee. I lost it after he attempted to upcharge me. I called the moving brokers and they calmed me down and was able to tell me that the mover said that I slapped the paper out of his hand and that it wasnt $927 but $427 additional charge. Luckily the moving brokers worked with me and looked for another company and I pray that the company is not like this one. I read about how moving companies try to upcharge but I was hoping I wouldnt experience. it.

Everything for my move from the estimate to the actual move was absolutely perfect. There were three guys sent for my move. Ben was the leader who was very friendly and kept on top of everything during the packing and moving of items being transported. At the destination he made sure that all of the furniture was in the same condition as when packed. They even disassembled the large televisions and put them back together. We cant say enough great things about this company, and will absolutely use them for our moving projects in the future. All Over the State Moving made my move from Houston TX to Fairfax VA absolutely smooth. They were on time, as agreed. They were professional - starting from scheduling pick up to the point of final delivery. Packers are very careful and wrap every item, my boxes were delivered just the way I had handed them over. They even took care to place boxes marked fragile the way I had marked them ( this way up ). Nothing was missing or damaged. Great customer service! They called several times to give me updates on the driver’s schedule and the exact time I could expect the driver to arrive. Their prices were very competitive too. I highly recommend calling All Over the State Moving to anyone making a move.

The worst experienced that i have ever dealt with, my belonging came to me broken or missing, they want your money, but their services is the worst.A month notice in advance to deliver my belonging and when the date came weeks later and I still didnt have my belonging. The customer service person is very unprofessional dont return calls add on more charges after the facts. Please dont use them ,I have lost some personal belongings that cant be replace. I totally regret ever using this company.

They are a rip off they lie they steal they didnt give me my 2 bikes and they were on the inventory and the driver I had was terrible the company broke my wifes breakables after I said breakables on the containers and they didnt look on the containers. They said that I had to go through a claim but I refused so I told the lady that either you give me my bikes or else I would take them to court. Im still waiting if I should still take them to court or not.

This company is operated by people who could care less about you and your personal belongings. They made no accommodations when it came to scheduling. I had a lot of damage to things and had boxes that totally went missing! I am now going through the claim process which they of course have some 3rd world garbage insurance carrier. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

Had such a great experience with all over the state in the Houston location and the guys were very professional. I was impressed and pleased with the work outcome. Its not my first move and the company made me feel at ease!!I appreciate their work and definitely recommend All Over the State to anyone who is getting ready for a move.
