Pods is an lifesaver. If you havent bought and/or sold a house since the new mortgage regulations have been in place, it is a huge pain. I had an eerie feeling that the closing might not go as planned. It didnt. If we had gotten traditional movers, we would have had to move twice and found storage at the last minute. Pods was at the from destination actually putting pods on the trucks. I found out we had a last minute closing delay and Pods got ahold of the driver and re-directed our pods to storage AFTER he was on the road with the 1st pod headed to our eventual new house. They stored the pods for 2 weeks at a very reasonable cost. They redelivered with 2 days notice. They were always very prompt and the drivers really friendly. They also picked up the pods with very little notice. The flexibility is priceless. The customer service is extraordinary. The price is very reasonable and we still saved over 50% hiring a truck and movers even with having to use storage. One tip - We loaded the pods ourselves, but hired movers to unload. Hiring movers cost $250 and it was the best $ I ever spent.

It took three weeks for the pickup and construction where the POD sat was put off for that time! The driver lied several times about the conditions because I was home all day and he never came by! I am in Ellis County and all the way across the Metroplex from their yard, so I figure the lazyliars just didnt want to make the drive! I will also add that the dispatcher / scheduler stood firm behind his driver making him a guilty liar as well! The POD worked fine and they got down here quick to deliver it and start collecting the money. Just not really impressed with their companies integrity on the follow up!

PODS was the best decision for me. I did not want to deal with mover having access to my belongings and with all things moving from across states, nothing was working in my time frame. But PODS did. Summer was awesome, my scheduler, we changed my pick up and drop dates several times. They made it easy for me so that I did not have to be at the site for pick up. And when it arrived in my new state, everything was on time and untouched. Greatest day ever is seeing your belongings delivered right to your door. Thanks again for making that a stress free move and storage!

Pods Gave us the absolute most miserable of moving experience of Our Lives! Not only did they drop our Pines causing $10,000 in damage to our furniture they would not take ownership to their mistake. We purchased the additional insurance and even then pods did not want to hold up their end of the deal. Word of warning make sure you video tape everything when you put it in the pods and immediately when you take it out cover your bases and hire a professional moving company pods are not worth it.

Working with Pods has been a blessing. Most of our customer are just amazed. We can bring our paper pads for 1.75 a piece for any pod load job. We can load or unload. Sometimes both if your going to same place for a remodel or just moving a few towns away. Pods is by far the best to work with. No ramp to worry about. And we are based out of Mckinney. Came here to pick up some stuff from my pod the first time since moving from New York City. We opened the pod only to find our belongings water damaged. We called customer service and they take weeks to respond. And when we ask for compensation they give us nothing. The least they could do was refund us the rental price off their defective pod.
