READ THE REVIEWS AND LOOK AT THE STARS! FEEDBACK IS A VERY VALUABLE THING PEOPLE! Very unprofessional services. Don Sizemore was the person who represented this company and he not only insulted me by calling me a liar, he continued to be disrespectful and unprofessional to a client who paid in full ($643.00) for moving services. I had a great experience with the two guys who moved me; they were trustworthy enough to admit they damaged some furniture. They told me Don Sizemore would be in touch to discuss arrangements for damages. Don Sizemore never contacted me, I had to contact him via email (strike 1 of level of unprofessionalism). Once contacted, Don Sizemore failed to arrange a time convenient for both parties to review the damages after I had emailed pictures of a damaged couch, instead, he apparently showed up at my home when I was not available (strike 2 of level of unprofessionalism). He then proceeded to tell me that he was not responsible for the damages, even after his employees admitted to damaging said property, and denied any claim of replacement or compensation without even looking at the damages (strike 3 of level of unprofessionalism). After denying fault, Don Sizemore told me to contact the manufacturer of the sofa and ask them why your couch is peeling (strike 4 of level of unprofessionalism). After an extremely heated conversation via telephone, Don Sizemore put the phone down on a client who had paid in full and is now left with a damage couch (strike 5 of level of unprofessionalism). Don Sizemore is not only disrespectful to clients, at this point Im afraid that he knows where I live in case of repercussions. At this point, its not the principle of a damaged couch, its the principal of the lack of customer service and lack of integrity Don Sizemore and Anything Goes Moving has for its past, current, and future clients. Its a competitive world out there; do yourself a huge favor and pick a reputable, respectful, honest moving company service. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, probably to no avail, but at least I can say I have done the right thing by making future prospective clients aware of Don Sizemores extremely unprofessional business demeanor. **Edit - Received a threatening text message this morning from Don Sizemore: "Nice!!! Be sure and look for your reviews too, let the smearing begin" **ANOTHER Edit... Don Sizemore is now sending my personal company (which has never done business or been affiliated with Anything Goes Moving) slandering comments and fake reviews. He sent me a threatening text message in regards to let the smearing begin. All is in writing... Keep digging your hole...

No. No. No. They were on time. But these guys were SLOW as squeezing honey from an old honey bear bottle. Last year we used Midnight Moving and they moved us from a 2 story 2 bedroom, complete with full patio and full ATTIC...walked down a LONG brick walkway to the moving truck...drove a mile away and then unloaded at the Mondrians loading dock up and down the freight elevator and down a LONG hall. $99 for 4 movers in 4 hours = $400....I tipped them well. This move cost $129/hr for 3 movers PLUS a $129 trip cost. Our son moved out last July, so that was an entire bedroom less of things to move this time around. No attic, no full patio, no 2nd story or brick walk way. This move was freight elevator to freight elevator and it took them 5 and a half hours to move us! With the trip cost plus tax...over $800 to a move 5 min down the street! We tried calling early in the move to the owner/manager to inform him how slow his movers were....no answer. Called again...no answer. We explained to guys that there were reservations on these freight elevators and we better get moving FASTER. They started picking up the pace...but still didnt make our cutoff time. We ended up leaving LOTS of loose items at our old apartment and had to make 4 TRIPS to get everything over to the new place AFTER paying them all that $ to move! When I was complaining about the bill...I got Don, the owner, on the phone and he was SUPER defensive. I ended up not continuing our conversation and he called my husband. He finally stated he would discount the portion we paid on our card ($170) and would NOT run the card through. A week later...I got a charge for $80...SURPRISE! So he cant even keep his WORD. Take my word for it after 4 moves in the last 4 years....go with another company.

WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!! I actually saw them drop four pieces of furniture, completely destroying one of them. They glued the others back together (as though that would make it okay). They also threw an antique rocking horse from the 1940s into their truck - no box, no moving blanket, nothing. It’s broken and worthless now. And when they moved things into my home, they didnt do anything to protect the brand new flooring from their dollies and dirty shoes. They just ground the dirt into my hand-scraped hardwoods and carpeting. They left gouges and scrapes in the walls all over my house. They had taken the handles off my refrigerator, and didn’t put them back on correctly. I had to make them come back to hook up the washer and dryer before they left. It’s like they had never moved anyone before, or maybe they just didn’t care. When the owner originally came over to give me an estimate on the move, I told him I wanted six people and a truck because we had to be moved in one day. The morning of the move, four people with a trailer showed up, and within an hour, one of them left, leaving two men and a woman to move 4700 square feet. Eventually two more showed up, but one of them was the guy who dropped at least two pieces of furniture. Then they left empty soda bottles and food wrappers from their lunch in the front yard when they left. When I complained to the owner, he sent me a check for $87 and sent me a text that said to “read the contract” and "grow up". Worst movers ever, worst attitude from the owner. Believe the name – anything goes.

Below is an email I sent directly to the owner and why I give them a five-star rating: Don, I wanted to provide you with feedback regarding your team. The two individuals that helped were extremely polite and respectful, not only to myself but to one another. They were on time and eager to help. They provided a description of what to expect prior to beginning and had a very helpful upbeat attitude the entire time. Specifically, I appreciated they wasted no time, running back and forth from the house to the truck when they needed to fetch something. It is not easy to find such customer centered and respectful help these days, I was truly impressed with their work. I will be using your company in the future (next time the entire house) and will be sure to mention to others what a great experience it was. Thank you for your time.

I manage a storage facility so I see the good and bad movers. I also get the feedback for movers that come on my property from the customers. I know who is reasonable and fair with prices. I know who is quick and careful with your property. So when it came time for me to personally move, I chose Anything goes Moving because they are the best!!! They moved me within 3 1/2 hours and that is with a drive time of 45min included. The movers went above and beyond by sweetly offering to move the furniture from one wall to another, just to please me. I had a tear on the back of my couch and the mover offered to switch the top back with the loveseat, which I didnt even know they could do! I am absolutely Pleased with this company, use them and you will not regret it!!!
