I called to arrange the first floor of my house to be moved and put into storage for two weeks while repairs were done on my house. I confirmed with Donna, a move coordinator that there would be availability during the week. She stated that they have a pretty open schedule. I then had Robert come out for an estimate. I received a very high estimate from Robert, but decided to go with them anyways because of my time constraints. As soon as I asked for an updated quote so that I could submit to my insurance company he changed his tone and stated that he talked to his boss and there was no more availability, even through the beginning of the following week. Im not sure if they over quoted me and it scared them off that I was submitting the estimate to my insurance company, who says they work with them a lot. Either way I find it very unprofessional and a waste of time to deal with a company who says they can do one thing and not deliver.

They are very professional, courteous and on time each leg of the trip. I would recommend them to others and I would use them again The reason I did not give them 5 stars is they picked up my goods and placed them in storage, until they had a truck leaving for the Northwest, I was living in Texas, at the time. By taking the goods out of storage and re-loading into the truck that would be delivering my goods, this was two times my goods were handled. I had a Lazy Boy sofa recliner, and my mattress were both damaged. Now, I had full value coverage and receipts for the purchase of these two items and their insurance company paid the full amount of the damaged goods. This was very smooth and they paid quickly.

Everyone was super :Bobby Ullman, who prepared me for every step to come, calling to check on how things are going, & answered many questions. Victor Marositica, driver also answered questions, great guy to work with. The packers Donna, Floyd & Willie did a great job. Thanks Norco for making my move across the country as easy on me as possible.
