NIGHTMARE THAT WILL NEVER END: My husband and I decided to relocate to Cleveland, Ohio early this year. As soon as we bought a house we decided to call around and find a suitable moving company (in APRIL 2015). A Team was NOT the cheapest but not the most expensive. The things that would be in their care were all the things we hold dear to us, possession wise, so we decided to not cheap out and go with them. Kyle was the person I spoke with from the beginning. He seemed to know everything he was doing, he seemed confident. It was comforting. Little did I know the hell storm I was signing up for. Kyle assured me he would be the person I would deal with before, during and after my move. I sent in my deposit for our belongings to be picked up on July 4th 2015. We were not expected to close on our house or move to cleveland until July 12th but Kyle told me that letting them get my stuff early basically guaranteed that my things would come in on the 12th since they need time to drive it out there. PERFECT, so I thought. Some changes came up and I called and requested a change in my moving date, to have my things picked up May 27th because we would be leaving early. Kyle said that wasnt a problem at all and we scheduled it for May 27th 2015 between 3-7pm. He said if I had any issues to call or email him. May 27th rolls around and from 2-8 I sat around waiting and waiting all day for movers. at 6 I recieved a phone call from the mover guy telling me they would be another half hour at their other job, but that he would call when he was 15 minutes out. I figured that was fine. 7 rolled around still, nothing. Finally around 7:15 I get a call from Jasmine from A Team moving and she tells me that the movers are going to be another 3 hours AT LEAST at their current job and they can either come out as soon as they are done there or they can come tomorrow morning. We were scheduled to start our drive to Cleveland on the 28th so I told her if they could be there first thing in the morning I could do that. She said "They will be there at 7am --legally I have to tell you between 7-8 because of traffic and stuff but that should be an issue they will be there". So the next morning Im up at 6 cleaning and waiting for my 15 minute almost there call and it never comes. I finally get a call at 7:30 from the mover guy that they are JUST NOW leaving the office in PLANO -- which is a good hour from where I lived (without dallas rush hour traffic). Mind you, they were supposed to be there at 7 and the move should have only taken 2 hours tops. We used another moving company 2 months before to move from different apartments and with the same amount of boxes and 3 guys they loaded everything from one apt to the other in 2.5 hours. We were supposed to get on the road at 8ish. FINALLY A Team shows up at around 8:30. it takes them until 2PM to load all of my stuff (which was no big furniture, just 50 boxes, a disassembled table, 6 chairs, a washer and dryer oh and a cat tree). Fast forward to July 12th I call and call and Kyle wont return my calls or my emails. They wouldnt even put me to his voice mail. I had to ETA on my belongings at all. Finally after calling almost every freaking day i get a date July 24th. I get most of my stuff (headboard for my bed is still missing, still trying to get them to call me back on that one). They were supposed to reassemble my table and they didnt. THAT was fun. My dining room table was all scratched up, boxes labeled fragile were so banged up that one fell apart in my hands. MANY glasses broken. My large tv stand backboards are broken and my very expensive memory foam mattress is ripped. Save yourself the headache and PLEASE dont go with A Team. Youll be SO thankful you chose someone else.

I would give zero stars if possible. A TEAM MOVING IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER – DO NOT USE THEM!!! I repeat do not use this LYING, DISORGANIZED, TERRIBLE business… But if you do not believe me you can read my story. The last two months have been long and painful without any of my things as I moved across country from Dallas to San Francisco. A team moving SOLD me with their immediate response and support prior to my move . However, all of that was a blatant lie. Derek Homilica, my sales rep, should be ashamed of himself. He lied to me about everything in the process. He sold me on his great customer service and the day my disheveled unprofessional movers showed up, he would not take any of my phone calls he pushed me from one person to the next… he wouldn’t even take my calls some random person that I had never spoken with took my calls. Jazmine was just as incompetent she never sent me an updated invoice or had the nerve to talk to me, she is a complete and utter Moran!! Lie #1: I will have all of my things within 7-10 days Lie #2: Packing supplies were included in my moving cost Lie #3: No additional charges for moving up and down the stairs Lie #4: the truck is being load with your things Lie #5: Sorry the truck has yet to arrive, it’s Alabama Lie #6: the Truck is in Louisiana Lie #7: The truck in Atlanta Lie #8: We will put your things on a smaller truck, because we cannot find you a truck (the part in bold is not a lie… they could not find me a truck…) Lie #9: All of your things have been loaded on the truck and will be there on Tuesday … 10 days later I received my things from a completely different moving company and did not have all my things. They had lost multiple items… I am now in the process of getting my money back chances of that happening in my opinion are slim to none. If you need to escalate ask for Mr. Jack… but the employees are all too afraid of him to actually get him on the phone. I spoke with him twice… he is just as incompetent as the rest of the crew. Per there advertisement: DON’T be a clown and use A F Team moving. You will be sorry you did. I sure am. On the bright side I have learned many valuable lessons when moving. 1. Always read the fine print… do not trust what someone tells you over the phone. Trust but Verify… I believed everything Derek told me on the phone … everything he told me was a lie and covered his ass in the contract 2. Pay the extra money … if you are moving your things it is already expensive so use a company that is reputable A TEAM moving is only a dispatcher they are not an actual moving company, they collect your things, store it and wait for other moving companies who have extra space on their truck to come through. Do not make the same mistake I did.

I had worst possible experience with Ateammoving. In short, they were rude, non-responsive, charged extra money at pickup and delivery for things already present in the quote, delayed delivery, broke my office table and lost (soundbar, patio table, bed frame wooden planks etc.) When I was talking to them to get quote and finalize everything, my point of contact Kyle Langford was very responsive & always reachable over phone/email even for the slightest queries. When movers came to pick up stuff then the problem started, movers started asking me extra money to dissemble and pack my furniture (bed, tables, couch & lamp). These things were discussed in advance and cost was covered in the quote. I called Kyle and he agreed to it, however, he was not able to convince his boss and another person and I had to pay extra money as Kyle stopped responding to my calls/email and his boss was very rude and uncooperative. My stuff was to be in storage for upto 2 weeks and then shipped from TX to NJ which would take around 1 week which is around 10/16. However, I got my stuff 31 days later on 11/15 which is 48 days from arrival date. I regularly called/emailed then from 10/16 to 11/15 in which they were rude, uncooperative & not responsive again. For first couple of days they (Kyle Langford, Cecilia Sanchez & Jazimine Douglas)kept on telling me that they will get back to me, then they started saying that they dont know the ETA and will let me know as soon as the truck will arrive. After that they promised my wrong delivery dates for more then 10 days. Cecilia Sanchez & Jazimine Douglas were super rude in most of these conversations Finally when I received my stuff, I noticed that parts of my bed are missing because of which they had to leave without assembling it and its useless now. My samsung soundbar & patio table were missing and office table was broken. They charged me extra for elevator to apartment distance and when I talked about it the movers said they are third party and they dont care whatever Ateammoving promised. Ateam guys were as usual uncooperative and rude.
