The movers(Jesus and Raul) that Metro Movers sent me were very professional, polite and hardworking. From the second they made it to my apartment, they were ready to work. They moved quickly and efficiently and in less than 40 minutes, we were out of the door. Talk about reliable people. I have moved several times but this was the fastest I had ever seen movers work. When we arrived at my new apartment, it was the exact same. Even with my apartment being on the third floor, they moved as quickly as possible and the move was over in 2 hours. I will definitely be using them the next time I move, and I highly recommend them for anyone who may be moving. Also Marco, Thank you very much for your good customer service, keeping to your word and most of all the GREAT PRICE you offered me.

I just used them today after my friend sent me their information yesterday. I read their reviews, so I figured why not try them out? I was moving about Dallas for the 3rd time and did NOT feel like going through the process of getting a U-Haul, finding helpers, etc. Im very impressed, for as much stuff as I had, everything was moved from the third floor of my old apartment to the third floor of my new apartment in 2 hours 15 minutes. Huge truck for multiple items, they wrapped up the small stuff, covered the things that were breakable (glass). They were both 2 cool guys as well and very professional when they spoke (yes sir, no sir). IF I EVER have to move in Dallas again they will be the FIRST and ONLY ones i call for sure. Shoutout to Luiz and Francisco! Thanks guys!

Marco and abel are amazing. They recently moved my boyfriend from his apartment in uptown, and mine in frisco, to our new apartment in downtown dallas. When I moved last year, it took another company over four hours to pack my stuff into the truck--it took marco and abel less than two. This included walking up about three flights of stairs and lugging four boxes at a time on their backs! marco was very clear about charges (I had previously been ripped off by another company on packing charges) and the guys were very careful with my precious furniture. Ive been recommending them to everyone and I even signed up for google JUST to recommend these guys. Definitely use these guys for your next move...and tip them well, theyre worth it.

Worst guys, they dont pay their service provider and abusive. The comment from Rahuk Mehra was a genuine I guess since it was not me. Since you have disclosed my Name let me introduce myself I am their website developer and the guys became abusive after availing I had completed 90% of the website. The owners thinks we dont have feelings and are their servant started abusing even when I said my family members are listening to your conversation but did care about that and continued with his abusive talks. This is the nature of the guys who represent this company I would also recommend not to choose this company as I feel I need justice and the only way I can get is by making them realise their faults. If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I have used them for my last three moves and have been nothing short of extremely pleased. They are fast, friendly, and very efficient. They take the stress out of moving with their on time performance, communication, and easy smiles. I recommend this company to all of my friends (lets face it- millennials cant stay in one place for very long) and we all have had super positive experiences. Their prices are the best I have found and are very reasonable. I have their number saved for all the heavy lifting and you should too!

Theyre amazing. Marco and his team take every step to ensure your belongings are safe!! We had a very heavy reclining sofa, and proved extremely difficult to move into our new place. They tried relentlessly, and eventually with much caution brought it up three flights of stairs. Their service is immaculate and leave behind only happy customers!! By far the best movers in dallas. The ones we would recommend to our friends and family, and shall definitely use them the next time we move!!

OUSTANDING! it was my first time having movers move me from A to B. I wanted to Relax and that is exactly what i did. The guys were quick, but very careful. kind and respectful ...Very upfront and honest about time and money. They communicated with me the entire time and made sure that everything was done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of great movers. I will be using them again in the future if necessary .

Dont hire these company they tell you abt 2 hour but that guy cheat with you 1 bad and cough and 10 boxes washer drayer , they took 5 hoursand they asking my driver lisance and my birth date so please beware that company dont hire I talk to the boss and tell him abt service so he shouting and tell me you need discount that why you called me I tell him I dont need discount I just tell abt your guys

Dana and her team were excellent. We requested packing and moving services. They came out and looked at what we had in our home and brought just the right amount of boxes. They were quick, efficient, and very polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone doing a local move. There prices were fair and even though they are hourly, they hustled both packing, loading and unloading.

The guys are not trustworthy also I would request to the person who is seeing this post to go ahead with other movers and definitely not with this company. The guys are abusive and the owner is the worst person to be dealing with. It was my worst decision to contact and avail their services

Marco and his group were amazing. Careful with our things, cheerful even tho weather was terrible. Upfront, honest, reasonable price wise, I just cant say enough. Thank goodness for these guys since another moving company bailed on us last minute. Wonderful experience!
