I had Hawk Movers move my furniture and they broke a leg on an antique table and did not tell me about it, thinking I would not notice. When I called one of the owners, Casey Kercheval, he actually laughed about it and said his company would not pay for it. Hawk Movers has two locations and I would avoid these guys at all cost if you don’t want your furniture damaged. Channel 5 actually did an investigative report on unreputable moving companies and Hawk Movers (when they went by the name of Hawk Moving Services) and listed them as having an unsatisfactory rating due to the high number of complaints. One thing to take note and that is they used to be called "Hawk Moving Services" but they had so many complaints through the Better Business Bureau and online complaints that they changed to their name to "Hawk Movers" to in effect hide all the online complaints people had posted about them. I would advise everyone to stay away from Hawk Movers if you don’t want your furniture broken and then the owners to laugh at you when you complain. I see Clay posted a reply that states this is a bogus complaint.....it is not a bogus complaint and he knows who I am.

This is the second time that I have used Hawk moving and the second time that I have received excellent service. The first time was to move our 5,000 sq ft home. The move went perfect. The movers were on time, cautious and courteous. The second move was for an antique piano. The piano is over 100 years old and needless to say fragile and heavy. The move was just as perfect as the first one. The owner, Clay, really cared about our move and our belongings. His staff was once again on time, courteous and very careful with the antique piano. I highly recommend Hawk Movers. This is a first class company. I will continue to recommend Hawk Movers to my neighbors and friends and know that I will call Hawk Movers again in the future for any moving or storage needs that I may have. This was a fantastic experience from the phone call to schedule the appointment to the movers actually doing the move. They were exactly on time, worked quickly, were cautious with all my items and asked me where to move everything so it was in the right spot. I cannot believe what they got done in 3 hours! Jorge and his team were great - super kind to my family and our pets. We have to do the 2nd move in 2 weeks and I wouldnt choose anyone else but Hawk. Great job..

Hawk movers did and outstanding job moving my house. The time and care that was spent moving the large volume of stuff in my home was awesome. I am going to call them back to move me into my new home when its completed. I just hope I get the same two movers they were very professional, polite and answered any questions. Great job folks. Hawk Movers provided prompt, professional and reasonably - priced service. Antonio and Lee (the two men who made the move) worked quickly but carefully in loading and unloading. We knew exactly what the cost would be beforehand and all persons representing Hawk Movers were cordial and did their jobs exceptionally well. I recommend them to anyone making a move.

Hawk moved us twice. Once when we sold our home and had to move to an apartment to wait for the new house to be completed. And the second time from the apartment and the storage unit to our new home. They gave excellent service, on time, and careful of our household items. Could not ask for better movers.
