Worst vehicles very unsafe they must use a terrible service department I moved with 4 of their trucks out of state. all vehicles had severe problems and where very unsafe. Trip 1 All the fuel ran out of the vehicle in the garage during loading, it had just been serviced I was told. They left the fuel line loose. The replacement vehicle died and had steering issues. Trip 2 Vehicle overheating and jumping all over the place. Trip 3 I mentioned the damage to the under skirting on the sides of the vehicle. She put an x on it with a marker but did not inspect behind it. 1 hour into a 7 hour drive I have a blow out on the high way because the brackets that where hanging loose when the under skirting was damaged punctured the rear tire and exploded with terrible force. Luckily the back has 4 tires which probably saved me and other cars around me. The customer service is very poor at this location. I will not rent another uhaul and hope you do not either if you love your family. I also do not like the way they refer to their UHaul competition down the road. The Service experience with the other UHaul place in Waxahachie was excellent. Overall the worst customer service experience ever.

This was the worst trailer rental experience I have ever experienced. I got a flat tire and was stuck on the side of the road with for 3 and half hours with my 8 month pregnant with and 2 toddler. After uhaul got the confirmation that the tire had been fixed they called to make sure. Thats when I asked if they had any way of allowing me to return at a later date because I had work at 7 am and no way I could unload and drop off. I was told by customer service that they would extend and I would not be charged. Days later I receive invoice for the rental return and was completely lied to about not being charged for it. I have been fight with them for 2 weeks now and they have the facts about everything. They are refusing to refund the money. This is highway robbery and just bad customer service.

This was the worst experience ever. I will never use uhaul storage units ever again. The communication sucks. 100% of the time all calls are forwarded to a service that is no help. Corporate cant even help you. U do not recommend this location or uhaul storage units to anyone. If you get in a bind forget about your things. Its like its set up for your failor. Impossible communication. Management are good people but thats not enough. Seriously I am like 500miles away and I cant make a payment because the slapped a few on my account that I dont owe and cant pay til they remove it.

Id like to start by saying uhaul really let me and my family down in a huge way last night. Abandoned us on the side of i 35 in the middle of the night and basically stole our belongings temporarily. But I dont want to muddy the praise this local storage company deserves. After a night of pure hell and completely disrespectful treatment by uhaul roadside assistance this gentleman and his crew absolutely went above and beyond to let me know they cared about what I had gone through and that they were here to help me in any way they could. Thank you sir you saved the day.

DO NOT TRY TO RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION! Three reservations in three weeks that they didnt have a record of. I have confirmation emails for every one but not them. This time they dont even have the trailer I need and they told me to drive thirty miles out of my way to get it. No apologies, NO HELPING THIER CUSTOMER, NOTHING! IDIOTS!!! I will be talking with uhaul corporate immediately. They probably wont care about it but bad business needs to be reported and monitored. One star rating because it wouldnt let me give them a negative number!

Owner has a nasty attitude!! Was rude to the customers before me. Asked about my rental, was told I didnt have one, but to feel free to try hamburger haven, its 8 miles down the road. Not being from the area, I asked for an address. His comment "8 miles down the road" now leave! I did, and promptly called in my complaint to UHaul. He apparently doesnt have customer service skills!
