I would not recommend this moving company to anyone. I hired three guys for a 900 sq ft, one bedroom apartment. It was on the third floor but everything was packed for the most part. In my quote, I requested dis-assembly/reassembly of furniture, packing services and packing supplies. The movers showed up with nothing they asked if they can use my tools. I wanted them to pack the kitchen. I decided at the rate they were moving, it may be best for me to do it myself and let them keep moving the already packed items. So I ask for boxes they respond we do not pack or bring packing supplies. I tell them this was something reassured to me when I received my quote and I can prove it with the email that was sent to me. The mover pulls up his service order and its right there in front of us and he claims well dispatch never told us. Four and an half hours later and my one bedroom apartment is still half way full with three movers (YES! HALF WAY FULL) I was completely over it. I try to contact someone at AB Movers with no luck. After multiple request of me asking to speak with their manager they hand me a phone. I ask the person who they are in relation to AB Movers he won’t say (My guess is they contracted my move out to a third party service without my consent or informing me). We come to the agreement the move should of only took four hours and that is what I will pay. At 0022 hrs that night they finally finish unloading the truck at my brand new built house (Over 8 hours to move). We go upstairs the next morning to start up packing after that long night. Guess what! Ceiling light fixtures broke, Scuffed up walls and etc. I left multiple messages and finally the owner Kenny calls me back. When I start to tell Kenny my experience He cuts me off and replies “you sound like an upset customer I do not handle the upset customer let me transfer you” and transfers me to a voicemail of someone I believe was named Christie (Which no one ever called me back). You don’t even want to hear your customers out and protect your company and your customers by not using that third party contractor again. Long story short I paid $450.00 for broken light fixtures, scuffed up walls, chipped door frames and finished packing my kitchen. These guys are not worth it bottom line!

We used AB Moving to move our 4 bedroom, one storey house. From the very beginning they were very responsive. I filled out a form on their website and they emailed me the same days with quotes. When I asked further questions by trying to figure out the best option for us (flat rate vs. hourly), they also responded timely. We were scheduled for 11am but they called the day before to confirm and give us the option of taking an earlier shift which we did. Moving day - The crew wa supposed to come between 8 and 11am. They called and 7:45am and let us know that they were coming in 30 minutes. So, we got to start our move nice and early in the day. Tony was very professional and explained all the forms that we were signing on his ipad. Then the crew got to work. We got three people even though we only asked for 2! We noticed them the entire time and there was not a second that they were wasting. They shrink wrapped everything in sight and let us know that they could not take computers or bulbs since those were sensitive. They took everything else. The handled one room at a time. In 3.5 hours they only took one 15 minute break and didnt even charge us for it. Overall, great service for affordable amount! Thanks AB Movers for making our move so smooth even on a rainy day!

I have honestly never had a worse experience with any other company (any company) in my life. After confirming multiple times with multiple people that they could move an old motorcycle, they showed up and said they couldnt—and they were giving me a hard time for wanting them to help me find a solution. Everyone at the company kept blaming everyone else. Eventually, Alex, who was leading the crew, got frustrated and decided to cancel the job—after they had already moved out half of our stuff. When I said this was rude, he said "Ill show you rude" and told his crew to leave our stuff outside, in the rain. Only after my wife begged did the crew return out stuff indoors. Despite multiple attempts, I got no follow up. This company was dishonest, incompetent, and rude to the point of being hostile. The story did have a happy ending, however, when I called AM Moving, who came the next morning (despite it being a holiday), and provided courteous, competent, and very reasonably priced service. So, save yourself the trouble; skip these people and just call AM Moving instead.

It was my fault for not checking everything before I signed at the end but ultimately I had 3 major pieces of furniture damaged and a hole in my new wall. The crib was so structurally damaged that I did not feel safe letting my infant sleep in it any more. The problem was that once they wrapped something they thought it was indestructible. It wasnt. This would of been 5 stars had I rated it the minute after they left but I keep finding damage every time i turn around. Update: make that 3 major pieces of furniture and a Desktop computer Tower. The computer is still functional... but I built it myself and it has a very nice lit Tower case. I was looking at it and a huge piece of the front of the case has been broken off and is no where to be found. Also found a whole in the wall where they punched a doorknob through. Nice guys but very careless.

AB Movers did a great job with one exception. They man-handled some of our boxes, thus broken glasses were found upon unpacking. And they pushed and forced our couch up a stairwell, heavily gouging the sheetrock walls and damaging the legs of the couch. And worst of all, they damaged a large framed artwork piece of ours, causing two opposite corners of the frame to separate. Now we will have to hire someone to repair this. The only other problem was the amount of dirty/wet shoes they brought through the place, causing the carpets to need re-cleaning in many areas and the walls to be painted in some areas. So all in all, I think theyre good for the price. However, they are FAR from a "white-glove" moving company.

Excellent moving experience! We had the Cruz team, and they were very good. They thought they would need to make two trips, but they packed the truck so well, they were able to make it one, which saved us money. They were friendly, professional, efficient with their time, and very cautious with our things - wrapping every item in blankets and shrink wrap for protection. They were very considerate and careful of our time and belongings. The price for the move ended up being less than half of what Little Guys quoted us (a company we have used and liked before). So, I was a little worried we wouldnt have the same experience. But, they were outstanding! We would definitely use them again and highly recommend!!
