Badger Widow

Complete Criminals! They showed up, almost 2 hours late. I called their supervisor twice. He knew they were that late. They assured me that they wouldnt charge me for the time they were late, but they did. The repeatedly took a ton of breaks. They stopped to smoke, around my furniture, which had to be professionally cleaned to remove the stink. They stopped to text to girlfriends/wives. They even stopped to go get drinks and snacks. They didnt tell me that they were doing this, they just took off with the truck half-full of my stuff. They charged me for all of this time that they were not working. I called the supervisor again to get them back to work. My friend told me they were smoking pot during one of their "breaks". They charged me for boxes, that they didnt fill. 10$ for each of those big wardrobe boxes, which they literally filled less than 6" worth. I wish this was an exaggeration. They loaded almost empty boxes and charged me to do so. They broke a plate clean in half, wrapped both halves of the plate separately, making it obvious that it was broken BEFORE being "packed" and didnt tell me. They shoved poisonous cleansers with pet supplies, allowing them to ooze and destroy the supplies. The entire lot was covered in drain cleaner. They dismantled things and refused to put them back together. They kept the bolts to put my desk back together. They broke and chipped dozens of other items. I had to throw out a ton of what they "moved". . They will tell you that you can leave items in drawers. DONT. They turned almost every chest of drawers UP SIDE DOWN! This spilled all the contents of the drawers all over the inside of the chests, breaking countless items and jamming all the drawers closed. Most of the "packed" glasses and dishes were destroyed. Several appliances were damaged beyond repair. When the truck was half packed, they claimed it was full and that they needed to make a second trip. Each of the 2 trips with a half-filled truck also included a half hour break where they smoked, drank and wasted time. . Five hours after they got to my apartment, they handed me a bill for six and a half hours and about 500 more than their quoted price. . This company was a nightmare to deal with. Id have paid twice that price for an honest company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will ruin your belongings, lie and rip you off. I hope their karma gets back to them quickly.

Pros: The people we dealt with were uniformly courteous and professional. Our belongings were moved without any damage whatsoever, despite some difficult circumstances (3rd floor apartment, tight stairwells) They also fit us in for an unscheduled move the next day without any fuss and even waived the truck fee. Cons: The initial move took twice as long as indicated and therefore cost twice as much. Of the three-man crew, two were excellent (efficient and hard-working), but my granddaughter would have been more use than the third. Additionally, they required cash payment because "their credit card machine got hacked." Given that the job doubled in cost, this became a problem. In sum, theyll do a good job, just treat any overall cost estimate they give you with a great deal of suspicion. Also, be aware that they require payment before they will unload at the final destination. Its somewhat understandable, but I dont remember being advised of it beforehand.

I am very satisfied with this company and will refer them to my family and friends for all moves. My son was stationed at F.E. Warren AFB in Wyoming. He needed help packing & moving back to Texas. These guys helped pack my airman and moved him home. They were on time to my sons place in Wyoming and was very professional during the whole move. Handled the furniture and fragile items with care. They even returned back to Texas at the time they said they would arrive. Thank you for your awesome customer service!

Movers were great George, James and Willie did wonderful job .I was in rowlett Tx when the tornado happened and this company came out and helped us get all our property out of our damaged house. They were fast efficient, and very friendly. They got all of our things out and delivered to our new home with no damages. They have even called back to check on us since then. I would definitely refer this company for anyone looking for a quick efficient move with an honest down home company

Just lost my business because they didnt try to get it. Called 10 minutes ago and spoke with a gentleman about getting someone out due to my other movers cancelling last minute on me. The guy is on the phonr chewing food and talking ad couldnt be less interested in what im saying. Told me all the movers were booked, provided absolutely poor customer service and gave me absolutely no other options. Ridiculous

Had a great experience with this company! Isaac and Andrew were on time, took care of and wrapped my furniture and worked very quickly! They were professional and courteous and did a fabulous job overall! I would use them again for sure on our next move! Oh and the price was right too..thanks guys for making a stressful move not stressful at all!!

But these guys are very professional and they were very careful with all of my "Fragile" marked boxes. My move went smoothly and every item was completely intact.
