Very professional company. My stuff was packed one day and moved the next The day of the move the crew was a little late but the driver called me to let me know they were running late so it was no big deal. The crew members were very clean cut and polite unlike previous experiences I had with other moving companies--I felt comfortable with these guys in my house handling all my things. They took great care boxing and wrapping my stuff. Everything was delivered on time and anything that was disassembled was reassembled. Nothing was damaged, broken or stolen. I was so impressed that a company did what it promised for a change that I tipped each guy on the crew $20. These guys were priced slightly higher than another company but went with my instincts and trusted these guys and it paid off. Would use them again.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a moving company. The owner was extremely rude, using profanity and proceeding to yell during conversations over my concerns (his guys taking a 3hr break between loading and unloading for example). The movers themselves tried to cover up damage to furniture they dropped and let numerous items fall from the top of the truck during unloading and then chose to dump everything in the front of our downstairs rather then carrying it upstairs and putting it in the correct rooms because they already had received payment. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for moving services as Tom and his men are not worth your time or your money.

Had a local move from McKinney to Frisco. I also had a storage in Frisco as well. I called Allen Moving, Inc. because I had more trust in a family-owned company than others. They arrived on-time and got me moved faster than I expected them to. I will use them again in the near future. Tks fellas.
