This is the nicest storage facility Ive ever seen, and service is second to none. Michael and Greg are both friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel right at home. The facility is state-of-the-art and very secure, with free carts, indoor restrooms and water fountains, storing your items is a pleasant experience rather than a necessary evil. CubeSmart has storage units in every size imaginable in both drive up and climate controlled units, they even have outdoor storage for your RV, boat, or automobile. With super wide driveways all around the facility you can load or unload without blocking anyone in. With competitive prices and great specials what more can I say, if youre looking for a great place to store all your items, stop by CubeSmart in Rockwall and see Michael or Greg.

I have to say that the whole process was smooth and amazing! I set up, over the phone a reservation for a unit. I was personally contacted by the Manager Gregg. This is where CUSTOMER SERVICE came alive! From the moment I stepped onto the property I was made to feel valued. From the information provided to the extra steps they take to ensure your property is protected. You have to use this place for all your storage needs ! Update: left my lock on the desk and they were closing when I called Gregg back, well what does he do,,,,he is waiting outside when I pulled up with the keys! Once again customer service at its best!!

This place is pretty cool--the location, the service and its climate controlled which is always a plus in the hot summer months. The server manager was very helpful to us and provided us with 2 carts to help move my friends stuff. There is a very clean single slot restroom inside the facility. The facility itself is clean both inside and on the outside area. Easily accessible on the frontage road of eastbound I-30.

Everything about this experience was fantastic. The building is clean and new. No pests or evidence of any. It has convenient access and they provide dollies and hand carts. The staff are impeccable when it comes to customer service and more than willing to help in anyway. I cannot recommend them enough!

Facility is so clean! Rates are great compared to surrounding storage units. Customer service is excellent!!! They put measures in & around the entire facility to ensure no critters/bugs get into the units. The location is safe & secure. Highly recommend this location for your storage needs!
