Do NOT use this company unless you want your stuff stolen and your furniture damaged! 3 guys moved my things and did not wrap my furniture to protect it causing giant wood chips in the legs of my night stand and dining table and chairs. They destroyed my kids bunkbed while trying to take it apart. Completely tore out a huge chunk of the wood while removing a screw, right on the front of it, where it is visible. These guys were throwing my leather couch cushions down aflght of concrete stairs and when I asked them to stop, they laughed about it. I left my purse sitting on the kitchen counter not thinking that I needed to stand guard over it and they stole every bit of cash I had except for $3 along with my medicine and all of my earrings and rings out of my jewelry box that was kept in my nightstand drawer. I called the manager of my local branch and reported it immediately as soon I realized my things were missing and he assured me that all 3 guys would be fired on the spot. One of the guys proceeded to call me on my personal cell phone at 7 that evening stating that I am taking food out of his kids mouth for getting him fired. Excuse me?! You should have thought about that before you stole from me! I already felt violated and feared for my safety, knowing these guys know where I live now! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional! I have called my local branch several times with a promise to call me back but nobody ever does. I have also filed a police report against them. I finally went on their website and filed a formal complaint and received a call back from someone at the corporate office promising me this would be handled and I would be compesated. He promised he would call me back and never did! So I call back and get sent to the customer service department where the lady I spoke with was very rude and argumentative. Then she proceeds to tell me that a complaint packet has been sent to me via mail and I will need to fill it out, get it notarized and attach a copy of the police report and then send it back. I am then told, I will have to wait 30 days for them to do an "investigation" before anything is resolved. What?!! Completely unacceptable!! I dont deserve to be treated this way and I want compensation for my things....NOW! NOT in 30 days!!! Complete ridiculousness! Looks like I will have to hire my attorney and go to my local news about this because I want EVERYONE to know how this company treated me and my belongings. NEVER use them unless you want the same thing to happen to you!

I had to add a review from my experience with my move because I got on here and was shocked at the horrible things people have said about All My Sons. I have NEVER dealt with a more professional company in my entire life. Im in my mid 50s and just dont feel or have the energy to move myself like I once could when I was younger. My wife and I both work and weve used other companies in the past, some big name ones as well that we just werent happy with, and the our last move with a certain popular company we were forced to give a full house itemized list, which I thought was unnecessary to begin with, and we were told 2 men could handle a move after even I said its always taken 3, but rest assured, they said they could handle it and my move wouldnt be more than a certain amount. Well over $450.00 more than I was estimated, we were moved, but not very happy. Well my move with All My Sons was a breath of fresh air to my wife and I, we asked them every question possible to make sure we didnt have another experience like last time, and the Sales Manager, Christopher, was one of the most personable person Ive had the privilege of speaking with. He answered all of our questions, broke down everything so we wouldnt have any surprises, and even when he was not available, the Owners, Brock and Kyle, treated us with the same level of respect and value each and every time we called. They even called us during our move just to make sure their guys were doing an excellent job, which thankfully, they did awesome! We were given a estimated amount for our move and were told that its a bit on the high end because they would rather give us the worst case scenario, then an unwanted surprise. Sure enough, their guys got our entire house moved in about an one hour less time than predicted, which allowed us to save some money even though we were happy with the expected cost. Dont let these bad Google reviews stray you from letting this wonderful company move you. They are extremely professional, the movers were smiling and focused on our needs, and most importantly, we were extremely happy with our cost because we were given honesty throughout the entire process, which is what mattered most to me. - AR Carol

OH MY! I am not sure there is enough space or time to adequately describe how HORRIBLE this company is. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! At first they seemed very nice and professional. They were to be at my house between the hours of 12 - 2:30 PM on Friday. Chance said they would call during the morning to let me know how the first move was going and more accurately give an arrival time. At 12:30 I called because I had not heard from them. Was told that they just couldnt make it because the first move was a lot larger than they thought and they would be working it until late evening. (Not my problem!) I freaked out a little! Moving is not something you can just PUT OFF until the next day. Kyle said he would try to figure something out and call me back. 45 min later I called them and Chance said they found some of their movers that were off loading in Bartlesville, I was in Skiatook and they would swing by and get my stuff when they were done. Probably around 4:30 or 5. I was not happy about this but at least it was some movers. He also proceeded to tell me that there was no way they could ever promise DAYS OR TIMES! Really.......you had just confirmed me the day before. Anyway, I called at 4:30 and was told they were almost done it should be 5 or 5:30. I called again at 5:45 and Kyle said they had just left the shop (IN TULSA, why did they go from bartlesville to tulsa and then to skiatook) would be there in 30 min. 30 min later Kyle called to say "His driver had just walked off the job" and he had NO ONE to come get my stuff. I asked if he could drive a truck and he said he couldnt leave the shop! He SERIOUSLY thought I would just say OK come tomorrow and when I told him they were the worst customer service EVER and that I didnt want him the next day or EVER, he got all defensive and rude and said he would refund my deposit....which they did.....but I wasted an entire day waiting on them. Thanks to my family I got moved.

A literal nightmare. I feel like I just got conned. All My Sons moving company just charged us close to $1000 for a move from brookside to cherry street only moving furniture and maybe a dozen boxes (that we had already packed) to a house under 1400 square feet. We should have known something was wrong when they changed our moving times from 12:00pm to 8:00am 12 hours before our moving date. And when we told them this wouldnt work for us they basically threatened us and told us it was that time or never. Kyle, the "manager" argued and argued with my mother calling her a liar and telling her they "never" schedule moving times. Then they had all of these random hidden fees (examples but not exact $120 packing free $150 travel fee and an additional $70/hour for wrapping and stuff?). They never told us about all these hidden charges (and conveniently sent all the info to the wrong email address despite the fact that I typed in my email and they sent me one after the consultation lol). They only told us their hourly rate which was $129/hour. We chose them because that was perfectly in our budget. There has to be something illegal in this right? This is long but I have never experienced such horrible customer service. The managers are rude and immature and unprofessional. A literal quote from a conversation I had with them: Me: "Rusty quoted me at $400 below what you all charged us and thats the reason we chose you." Him: "Ive known him for 10 years he would never say that. We dont give quotes." Me: "Yes you do? Are you calling me a liar? Because we wouldve chosen someone else otherwise." Him: "Are you calling me a liar!?" Do yourself a favor and DONT move with this company. They will scam you and take as much from you as possible.
