DO NOT USE THE TULSA CREW!!! I have used other Two Men and A Truck Franchises in the past 2 years and have had great experiences until I used the Tulsa group. They were the worst. They showed up late. One of the guys wanted to leave and couldnt so he was rushing around putting things into the truck. He ended up putting a tv on top of a golf cart. Then discovered he forgot to load a mirror that attaches to a dresser. So he rigged a strap between the tv and put the mirror on top of the tv on top of the golf cart. He forgot to load a long ladder and several things were not able to go because he didnt take the time to arrange the load properly. Then they left. Called me to say they couldnt deliver that day and would be there in the morning. The next morning long after they should have arrived I get a call saying one of the guys from the day before had a family emergency and so two new guys would be delivering the load. They finally arrive and open the door. The load had shifted. The mirror was broken, it also slide down and broke a display screen on a very expensive piece of exercise equipment. The mattresses which were always in the past ina bag were not and were filthy dirty. The dressers and several other pieces were scratched and scraped. The company offered to repair the mirror. Then after a month of that I was told that they couldnt use beveled glass like was originally in it but could only use flat mirror or give me a check for .69 cents a pound to scrap the piece. This piece of furniture was less than a year old and expensive. I really had no other choice so I had them replace the mirror, decreasing the value of the furniture. Then onto the damaged exercise equipment. They have yet to take care of that and it has been 4 plus months. They offered to give me the scrap price of .69 cents a pound which would amount to a little over $200 but they wouldnt pay for the replacement part which is costing me $1350.00. The customer service is horrible and they do not care that they damage your stuff. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR THINGS DAMAGED AND NOT REPAIRED OR REPLACED.

They were very friendly, great price, and had great reviews. I started out being impressed with them, but I was disappointed. Im a teacher and had all of my classroom items when I moved. So I marked and colored labeled my classroom boxes and even had them in their own area in my apartment so they wouldnt get mixed in with the other boxes. I also had all of my other boxes colored labeled as well and each label had what room they went to. Even if the movers didnt put them in the right room, it wouldve made it easier for me to unpack. It turns out, that the company didnt schedule adequate time to drive to Enid and back to Tulsa in enough time. By the time we got to my apartment, they were literally THROWING my belongs onto the floor. One of my boxes collapsed in the parking lot and as I was putting the contents back in, I realized they had taken another box and thrown it into the bigger box, which was why the box collapsed. Not only that, I noticed that the items were bathroom and living room...so they were just throwing items into any box even though I wanted them separated (I told them that before we began). One of the guys was new and he always took more than he could handle and every time, he would drop something and damage it. They damaged at least two big pieces of furniture and my classroom boxes got emptied into my personal boxes or vice versa. So when I was unpacking, I found several school items. When Im trying to get my classroom ready, Im finding personal items. This has been two months ago. On top of all of that, they charged me an additional $100 because THEY went over on the time. I was very disappointed. I was going to let it go, but I HAVE to print something off on my printer, and its not in the box I packed it in...which means its probably in a classroom box. I wouldnt recommend this company.

From start to finish Two Men and a Truck was awesome. Let me be more specific. Victoria always answers the phone with an upbeat joy in her voice. It is a pleasure to just hear her upbeat voice, but she also worked hard to help me (*a single mother on disability) to make this move as affordable as possible. She offered once-used boxes at 1/2 price and other things to help my cost. We were in touch many times as the places I was going to move changed. She was still as sweet as always. Moving day: The gentlemen showed up on time and without delay began packing my home. They did a fine job. They made me aware that they hadnt worked together as a team in the past, but they got the work done quickly and thoroughly with respect. Shane is an awesome go-getter. He got things done instantly and is totally professional yet courteous as well. LaKeith is also a wonderful gentleman. My 10 year old son took a sweet liking to him and followed him all around as he worked. I told my son to stop, but Lakeith said he did not mind. My son loved it. I think he even learned a few things by watching Lakeith. Lakeith and Shane DID work wonderfully as a team even on their first day that way. I had requested my kitchen be set up and it happened ALL in one day. Shane and Lakeith are wonderful men and represent the company very well. THANK YOU! Overall the experience was PAINLESS! IF that is possible, it IS POSSIBLE with Two Men and a Truck!

LIES!!! That is what we got. The movers were late and had an attitude. The manager Chad was contacted and told me he was crediting 1 hours service. Not only did they charge us the hour they charged us for the movers smoke/rest breaks (that they deserved) over the 12 hours they were with us. We expected the credit as promised by the manager and reiterated by there lead but they have refused. Our attorney approved paying for the amount we agreed upon while we worked out the disputed amount. This company has such poor management that rather than working through the dispute they put us in collection for the $208. that they voluntarily offered as for there errors. Additionally Our move was underestimated at 8 hours and 2 men even through we supplied great detail of what was needed. We asked for 4 men minimum and they ended up bringing in another group at the end after 10 hours. We will see if our damaged items get fixed.....stay tuned.

I was very pleased with Two Men and a Truck. The experience, from start to finish was outstanding. The Better Business Bureau was my source for locating someone to move things a short distance. Generally, I rely on this organization for help in finding assistance. Robert responded to my inquiry within minutes of my email and provided information and necessary documents. The men, Jay and Austin, who arrived to move these heavy pieces of furniture were prompt, polite and professional. I appreciated their respectful attitudes and the fact that they worked quickly but took the time and care to wrap and secure each piece--even though the move was only a few blocks. We could have safely moved the items across the country probably. Because these were family pieces I was very glad to see them use such care in preparing them for the move. The help I received from everyone from this company is greatly appreciated.
