I wish I could give this company a good review, had hoped in the end I could, but it isnt happening. If I could post with zero stars, I would. The issues are as follows: 1) When I originally called to set up our moving appointment, I requested 8 a.m., or earlier, as its the coolest part of the day. I was told they had an opening between 10 and 11 a.m., so took that, knowing it would be much hotter by then and thinking these guys would already be worn out from an earlier move. I called at 9 a.m. on the morning of our move to verify our time, and obviously woke one of them up. Apparently they prefer starting to work in the WORST HEAT OF THE DAY, I on the other hand, do not, and if I could have called another moving company at that time, I would have. They did show up on time though. 2) Two very nice young men arrived to move us, but found them standing around contemplating how to move items fairly often. When I found them actually sitting down and chatting with my sons girlfriend, I finally told all three of them (while I was moving boxes myself) "come on guys, lets get to moving, I dont want this to be an all day event". 3) When we were finally at the new house, moving furniture in, I noticed a nice gash down the front of my dresser. Its an old dresser, well used, well loved, and I wasnt happy. They tried to tell me it was already there, I know damn good n well it wasnt, so they called their supervisor Mario. Mario told me someone would get in touch with me and they would be out on Tuesday to make a repair. Its been over a week now and I havent heard a word from them. I have since found damage on another dresser where it appears to have been turned upside down and slid, on its top, across a gravelly floor (I say this in jest, but dont have any other idea of how this type of damage could have been done). I have not tried calling them, and will not, as I firmly believe if you screw up, you own up to it and do the right thing, this company seems to have other work ethics though. Please do yourself a huge favor and call a more reliable company to move your belongings. If you are from Moving Stars Inc., please do not bother to contact me, Ill deal with the damages on my own. If what I have seen is your standard of work, I dont need to see any more.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMED THIS MOVING COMPANY. I recently scheduled a move with Moving Stars (4/2016). The customer services was very poor. The staff who answers the phone are very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and obviously have no training about how to treat customers like you want them to come back for their next move. I recently spoke with a gentleman named Wayne, Joe, Jared, Jonathan, Sean and a couple of ladies. The mannerism of these individuals was as if they were hired straight out of a trash can. Some of the staff who I asked for their names told me that they were not going to give me their names cause it was none of my business and that their names were irrelevant. If I am spending hundreds of dollars to have my furniture moved, I expect to be treated with respect and with trained customer service. The movers did not cover my furniture when they moved it. The movers beat my furniture and walls up the entire time they were moving my furniture. They complained about being tired and threatened to quit. They told me they were hungry and need some food for energy, so I gave them $20 to get something to eat. They said they were physically drained and exhausted. This was the worst experience I have ever had utilizing movers and I highly advise you to find another company to move your belongings or you will be very disappointed with the ending results. I am highly considering reporting this company to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and going to court. This company should not be in operations running in this type of manner. If I continue to write every thing about my experience, you would be in total shock and disbelief. It was unrealistic. PS, I noticed some of the reviews appear to be from some the people I spoke with on the phone at this moving company. It look as a if they are putting positive reviews to try to cover up the truth about them. TDMV, here I come.

I have moved for a few times now due to the nature of my job, but it was always within the city boundaries. For the first time I had to move to another state, and I was out of options. My reliable moving company turned out to unreliable when they told me they did not offer interstate moving services. I was in trouble until one of their representatives suggested me to try Moving Stars Inc. While the two companies are not affiliated, I decided to give Moving Stars Inc. a try based on their recommendation. I gave them a call and explained my requirements to them. The representative explained the procedure and inquired about the stuff that I wanted to move. He assisted me in scheduling my move very nicely while removing all my doubts. I have to admit, I was scared as this was my first long distance move, and I was trying a new company for the first time. Nonetheless, I was quite satisfied after my conversation with the rep. My expectations was quite high, and fortunately they exceeded them at all intervals. The movers came on time and packed the items carefully. I noticed they used a different technique due to the distance involved. They also prepared a list of all the items and gave me the opportunity to oversee and double check everything. The moving crew was quiet and polite. They were very good workers and werent slackers. They did the work quickly, which I was very concerned about as my previous company had some lazy workers. They did their job well and helped me unpack. Our move worked out well. I believe Ill be using Moving Stars Inc. for all kind of moves from now on.

Moving Stars Inc. are great company and one of the best right now on the market. My friend advised me to give these movers a try since I was really concerned about the safety of my belongings. I needed really careful strong movers that will take a great care of my antique furniture and will not scratch or rip a thing. My friend really liked Pure Movers and said that Pure works like a clock - everything was wrapped and protected for free, there was no time stretching, there was no damages and the attitude of movers was very pleasant. So I decided to give them a try. And I was very very happy with this choice. These movers are everything my friend talked about. They are very polite, they are super fast. I had 3 movers and one truck for the move, Alex, Danny and Chris. All movers were great. Danny did some magic tricks with wrapping my coach. I mean this thing is really heavy and he was able to put it on a side, flip it upside down, wrap it in plastic and blankets in minutes, all by himself! Alex and Chris were also great movers. They carried all the big items down the stairs without any struggle. They did take a few small breaks, since the stairs were involved in the move and everyone will be exhausted after multiple trips back and forth. The good thing is that all these breaks were deducted from the total time. My final bill turned out to be actually less than I expected. Moving Stars Inc. really exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend them to all my friends and relatives!
