I have never experienced anything as horrible as what I did with this company. I called them to see if they were available for same day service and advised that I was flexible with my move date. I spoke with Jared. I advised that I needed to move a 4 bedroom/3 bath home that included a half story. I advised that I was moving to a one story. He advised that they were available, just later in the day. He quoted me a rate of 75.00 per hour for 2 men and 110.00 per hour for 3 men. There was a service fee and a 15% fuel surcharge. I booked 3 men. He called me back about 30 minutes later to advise that a crew was available to move me sooner. They show up in a 20 ft (more like 16 ft) truck. One guy appeared hung over and they all appeared tired. I called the company to advise that the truck was too small. Jared advised that his crew could get it done in no more than 2 trips since I went with the 3 men crew. (Please note, Ive moved my belongings before with 3 men in a 26ft truck in a 3 hour period.) I reluctantly proceeded with the job. It took them 2 and half hours to disassemble 4 beds/bedroom furniture, load them on their truck and load my washer/dryer and refrigerator(all of which were brand new). We arrive at my new home. They took an hour to off load my things. In the process, they severed the water line on my refrigerator, dented it in several places, broke a leg on my dresser, didnt bother to put my beds back together ... the list goes on. And I had to pay 468.00 for my troubles. The owner, Jesse, was very rude and didnt offer to discount my service, did not address the fact that more than half of my belongings had not been moved and he refused to send anyone out the same day to access the damages to my furniture/refrigerator. Yet, he was adamant about getting his crew off to the next job, therefore I needed to pay for their services. I should have used my better judgement. I accept full responsibility for my part in this situation. However, to treat a customer in this manner is simply disgusting. Lesson Learned ... Follow your instincts. If you care about your belongings and money ... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Surprisingly it was my 2nd move with Cypress Movers! My last move was about three years ago. Before my first move I was looking for a moving company and I got them through my cousin’s recommendation. I talked to them and I was convinced. I had a lot of amazing moving experience. Every time they provided me better service and great attention than before. Every workers were so much talented and professional. I easily moved my belongings with their professionals. They worked non-stop from beginning to end. Loaded all stuffs and safely took those to the destination I requested. Every time it was a painless and enjoyable journey. I love this company very much and that’s why every time I choose them. I always recommend them to all.

Generally I don’t like any kind of move. But for the first time I chose the Cypress Movers. My friend hired them once. I talked to Jason and he gave me a nice quote. Moreover he told me in detail. Three movers were selected for my house and they were just awesome. Came on accurate time. Jason’s demand was not high, very affordable. They picked my one apartment stuffs with extra care and security. My destination was Alabama, more than five hundred miles away from my home, but I enjoyed their work very much. They did everything on time. I will recommend them to anybody obviously!

They gave me a block of 1-3, showed up at 5! After multiple smoke breaks they didnt know how to take down the beds properly! They went over my budget that I explained I had to keep by taking their sweet time! Then they put all three beds screws in one bag and never put beds together! When I called the office they were unapologetic and very RUDE!!! NEVER AGAIN! I SHOULD HAVE CALLED 3MENMOVERS!

Cypress Movers was a great company to work with for our recent move. From the initial phone call to the moving day, the service provided and the Cypresss employees were professional, straightforward and friendly. Our moving team - Phillip and Brandon - were awesome! These two gentlemen accomplished in 5 hours what would have taken my wife and I many days.

We had a good experience with this moving service. They carried out a well executed plan starting with the thorough protective wrapping of all of our furnishings which also protected walls from scratches, etc. Conscientious, punctual, and within budget. All in all a good day and a superb performance on their part.
