Optimus Moving Services moved me from my 3rd floor apartment to a 2nd floor apartment within my complex today. I can not speak high enough about the service I received and I would recommend them to even my closest friends. Just as they arrived it began to pour but that didnt phase them a bit. They got to work wrapping everything making sure it was safe and dry. Within the hour my stuff was loaded in the truck and an hour later I was in my new apartment! The crew was very professional, friendly, and efficient. On top of it all they were priced better than anyone else I contacted! Please dont let all the good reviews make you think its too good to be true because its not! I am not typically one to write reviews but Optimus Moving Services is fantastic and I will be using them in the future if I ever need to move.

Optimus was an excellent moving company that helped me and my family of four move out of our four bedroom home fast and with ease! I have used many moving companies in the past and never had such an amazing experience. These guys were very diligent, on time, responsible, and they treated my furniture as if it were their own! They suggested using so many ideas of protecting our clothes and furniture that I did not know even existed! It was a great pleasure to have these three guys move my home and a pleasure in meeting them as well, they were really nice to me and my whole family! I will continue in recommending them and if you are looking for good honest hard working movers I suggest you use Optimus! No hidden fees what so ever!!!

Carlos and the guys at Optimus Moving moved me and my family on Saturday and the experience was great. The guys took great care of everything, shrink wrapped all of the items that needed to be wrapped and assisted with taking apart any furniture such as bedroom furniture that needed to be taken apart. They also re-assembled the items once we reached the new home. This operation is first class, family owned and I would recommend Optimus to all of my family and friends. In fact, we have already recommended one relative and two friends and after speaking with us about our experience, they are definitely calling Optimus. Great moving experience! Eric N.

Optimus moved us from our apartment and 3 different storage areas into our new home. I called them again to move some items I purchased. I would give them more stars if I had the option. They amaze me because they are so professional that they work almost silently. They are efficient with movement and very quick yet very careful. We had absolutely no damage and I have a lot of antiques and delicate glassware. I think isnt often one can wholeheartedly recommend, without reservation, but from everything I see, these guys deserve highest accolades. Nice, fast, professional, punctual and quick! Businesses do not get better than Optimus!

My wife and I have used them twice and we were very pleased. Very courteous and very professional. The first time was moving her from her apartment to my home. The second was after selling my home and moving into an apartment while our house is being built. What we really appreciated was that when the move started later than anticipated as well as taking longer, they gave us a significant credit. We will definitely be using them in when we move into our house in a couple of months. My wife and I highly recommend them.

These guys are the best movers I have hired. They were on time, they called 30 minutes prior to arrival. I usually expect a few scratches here and there which is normal, however all my furniture was wrapped carefully and everything was moved without a single scratch on both the furniture and the walls in my apartment. Their price is highly competitive and they worked very hard, I will definitively use them again when I need them in the future.

Optimus Moving Services Move my 3 bedroom house in 2 hours, not only they were fast but they also gave me tips on how to make my move STRESS FREE AND FAST. the customer services was outstanding, my furniture was well wrap with blankets and plastic wrap, they were on time, the price was not only fair it was half of what I paid 3 years ago from an other moving company that damage my furniture. The best movers I have hired, they were careful, showed up 5 minutes early and worked at a good pace without breaking anything or damaging the apartment. They are also very competitive on price. If you are looking to move and dont know any movers or have been burned out by movers before, give these guys a chance, the last thing you need is stress during a move and these guys did not disappoint during our multiple moves.

Optimus Moving Services offers an excellent service at a great price! They are efficient and highly professional movers! They have their own supplies and carefully wrapped my furniture to protect it. They worked quickly, and they carefully and neatly packed a large amount of furniture and several boxes into an average-size storage unit. I was amazed! I highly recommend their services!

We had Optimus move my mother-in-law from Katy, Tx to Ft. Worth (265 mi). She has moved over 20 times in her life (she and her late husband were Military lifers). She said, Fernando, Juan and Alex couldnt have been nicer and more courteous. They are first rate movers. I dont think you can find better movers in the Houston area. Highly recommend!!
