My family has used this company at least 6 times and referred it to friends and co workers. These last two moves were not pleasant though. In 2015 one sofa was roughed up and broken, but I had warranty on the furniture so Rooms ToGo replaced part of the sectional. This weekend I used the company again and it will be my very last time and I will never recommend it again. The two men were at the father side of age and moved extremely slow. It took 10 hours to move!!!!!! Good thing they get paid hourly right?! All of my stuff was prepared and organized but they took their time. The younger of the two was rude and again tried to rough up my sectional sofa that cost $2500! He tried to disassemble it from the curved middle instead of one seat at a time started from one end. I had to run upstairs because I heard the loud noises coming from my game room and when I stopped him he was upset and said to let him do his job. For $840 and a 10 hour move- no sir I want my stuff intact & un damaged !! THEN- the same guy tried to charge me for a couple roll of suran wrap that they wrap the furniture in. This was 6 hours into the move and after I allowed them to keep free of charge- my entertainment center! I said no way, that is a price you give up front during a quote, then his truths came out. He said that not all crews charge but some will take a tip in lieu of the charge(?) I explained that I used the company so many times and never was I swindled like this, in the end I spoke to his boss and didnt pay it nonetheless thats awful and they lost my familys business forever!!!

OMG!!!! THIS IS THE BEST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!!!! This company is very compassionate. We were in a jam and called them and got same day service at a great price. They are very professional and the two guys they sent took very good care of our things. I HIGHLY recommend this moving company. And let me say I am not easily impressed. I will use them for all my moving needs.

Used John D a couple months ago & I must say. Best move/movers ever I must say. Luis & Feliz were my movers. They were there at my scheduled timed. They wrapped & covered my furniture well. They were professional & done a very good job in a timely manners.

Did not take responsibility, had a table top about a foot off ground on dolly, once damage was seen co worker said "we inspected it" , then the "manager" shut him up. They messed up, its an expensive table, can not recommend for fine furniture.
