Absolute nightmare. Booked a month in advance through my employer as they were one of the companies they use for relocation services. The pickup date of my belongings, no one arrived, only to find out hours later the date and time was changed without anyone notifying us. Very inconvenient to wait for someone for hours only to find out they will be coming another day and time. They did this to me twice.The arrival time of my belongings have also changed multiple times. Again, no one tells you these changes. You find out when no one arrives at the scheduled time. And to make my blood pressure shoot through the sky, the arrival date of my belongings was changed from the 2nd day of arrival in the city of relocation to the 8th day of my relocation. My coordinator actually tried to pawn this off on me as "normal business practices." They just expect me to sit happily in an empty apartment while they take their sweet time shipping my stuff. I notified Graebel ONE MONTH in advance, how can you not have set times and delivery dates. This isnt like I hired them the day before moving. Im also pissed at my employer for using Graebel as I later learned multiple people have had horrible experiences with them. How does a company such as this continue to receive business from them, a fortune 500 company no less. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Awful service- I arranged a move with these guys for the delivery of my furniture. I sat there for the whole 2 hour window with no communication whatsoever. I tried calling the main office numerous times, but no one was there. I left at the end of the two hour window because I had other things to do that day. An hour and fifteen minutes after the end of the two hour window, they called and wanted me to drive across town again. I told them that they missed the window and didnt call. The person on the phone was really unprofessional and told me he was late and couldnt call because he was on another delivery. Dont use this service. They dont understand how to treat customers.

Graebel is terrible at customer service and they dont do what they say they will do. They show up late, they dont return calls or answer the phone, they leave items, and they dont deliver when they say they will. You can not trust a word the salesperson or the move coordinator says, especially if it is Leslie Brass and Kristy Sparkman. This company is the worst and they said that this is "completely normal". Completely ridiculous!

I called Friday to get an estimate and was told it would take 48 hours for someone to call me and give me an estimate. When 48 hours was up I still did not receive any phone call from anyone with an estimate. So I received an email Monday asking if I had received an email yet and I called and emailed her that I still needed one and she said she would call in two hours and never did. This is a VERY unprofessional business.....

Hi, This is in regards to the movement service provided by Mr.Luis Tovar & his crew . They were awesome in everything. they gave an excellent service. we moved from Sugarland Tx to Austin Tx. They came on time packed everything properly , loaded everything properly and delivered everything on the same date and time which the committed. nothing was damaged. everything came safe to our residence in Austin TX.

Beware of doing business with this company. They will hide behind mountains of contracts, paperwork, and policies to avoid taking care of you "the customer". They will break, damage, and lose your property and they would rather spend $500 in manhours than pay your $250 claim to keep you happy. Better to look elsewhere than deal with a company to handle familys belongings.

After my move, I was due over 500 dollars due to a mistake on the invoice. They kept saying that I would get my refund with a revised invoice and never got it. My move was in January.... Plus they damaged my antique furniture.... Never will use them again and still trying to get my money back.

Honestly they move your stuff. Thats about it. Dont expect timeliness or any customer service. They do not respond to e-mails (auto-mated out of office e-mails). They treat you like they are doing you a favor, not a service. The comcast of moving companies.
