Unfortunately, I am not be able to give a positive referral or reviews for this company. We were disappointed because we do not think this experience was worthy of the cost. 1. We noticed that two of the moving men were smoking a bubbler pipe (while in my new home) which l felt was unprofessional and unacceptable. 2. We noticed one of the movers had blood shot eyes and he did not seem like he was in his right mind whispering "sexy, sexy" remarks to my wife. My wife felt threatened and unsafe to the point she had to leave the house. 3. The movers also did not intend to reassemble our furniture. When I inquired they told me that they had already stopped the clock without letting me know. Also, they forgot the screws to the beds at the old house. This makes me think that their back ground checking and training is not thorough or non-existent. While in transit to the new home, I felt compelled to call the office and report regarding our concerns. The sales representative told me to give the harasser a second chance at the new home, "apologized" and claimed that he understood how we felt, but he clearly did not. He said if it happened again to let him know so he can pull him from the move, but why would he put my wife at risk of further harassment? Does this mean he cared about finishing the job at the higher 3 man rate? They did not pull the individual from the move immediately. We would have liked to see clear protocols put in place for such a situation instead of a simple apology or to report it if the harassment happened again. We were uncomfortable enough to report to their office and it forced my wife to leave her own home to get away from a potentially hostile situation. This made the move in process stressful because I could not leave her alone. More troubling was that after I raised the concern with the local office, no one reached back out to check on the situation or offer some recompense until I complained. I wrote them a similar email and a manager finally reached out but told that they fired the employee but nothing else. This makes us think this company did not care how disturbing the situation truly was to my family. We were actually afraid to say anything because the movers had access to our home and valuables. I chose this company because I believed what the sales rep said during our first conversation about providing a quality move and your companys values but now it seems that money is more important than customer safety and satisfaction. I am disappointed that we paid a premium for such a disturbing moving experience that we will not soon forget!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they will give you a low ball quote and then slow walk the move and totally rip you off... I called and spoke to Teddy and gave him an item by item move and was very descriptive. Got a quote and gave them my credit card info. When the movers showed up they immediately apologized and said that they where supposed to have 3-4 guys but only two could come right now. But for not to worry that this was easily a 3-4 "AT MOST" hour job...10hrs later and many apologizes they are finished. The mover told me not to worry that he would see to it that the hours and bill would be corrected and since it was late for me to call the office first thing in the morning and it would be handled. So I started calling Tuesday morning at 9 am. I have repeatedly spoken to some guy claiming to be a manager, but yet has no authority to correct the bill and that I need to speak to Teddy... I have called twice to three times a day for a week and Teddy will not come to the phone...In the mean time they ran my card for 3 TIMES!!! the quoted amount. The movers also got $300 cash out of me saying that for that they would clean the whole house and make sure everything was gone. They did neither...Total scam artist and bait you in with a low ball quote and then once get your card they run up the price.... DO NOT TRUST THEM....They slow walked the whole move showing up with no tools and basically just milking the hourly rate.... I will make sure and tell any and everyone I can to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY....

Working with Two Men in a truck was truly a great experience. From booking the appointment to actually providing the service they were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. It also gave me a piece of mind knowing my things would be protected and handled by their approved employees. This was HUGE in my decision making. Some of the other companies I called on had no employee background check procedures in place meaning anyone could be handling my things and doing who knows what with them. Two Men and a Truck works hard behind the scenes to make sure you have the best and most secure moving experience there is to offer. I wouldnt trust anyone but them to be in charge of the things that mean the most to me. I will definitely be using them in the future for my next move.

Please do not use this moving company. They do not have any professional employees. They estimate my work for 2 hours and there un professional staff done it in 7 hours and you can not believe it that they only disassemble my bed and assemble it in my new home (Yes in 7 hours). They do not even have there own tool box :-( Please also be careful with your valuable belonging as these 2 guys also Steal my 2 branded hand watches, which i never return it back. I also made a written complain but no use. I will never use two men and a truck again. Worst ever service i received in my life.

We hired two men and a truck to help us move today. This was by far the best experience we have had with movers! Josh, Erik and Manchi were amazing! They were professional, courteous, very friendly and fast. They wasted no time getting in our home and started packing immediately. They made sure furniture was placed where we wanted it, made sure all items were accounted for and left no trace behind when they left. I would definitely recommend this group of young men to friends and family! Thanks for helping us move into our new home!

" We had three movers come with one truck and all the movers were excellent they were very polite, courteous and do their very best on our heavy furniture. I wish I could remember all three of the movers names but I can only remember Chris and Kenneth. The third one was excellent too!! They never took a break and it took seven hours to make our move happen. Great team!,,"

From start to finish, the job was great. Jeffrey, the gentleman who I made the reservations with was understanding and professional.The two drivers, Curtis and Leroy, were prompt and courteous. They packed and moved expeditiously and with great care. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck STAFFORD, TX to anyone. Thanks for making our moving pains a little easier, guys!

Great group. Movers are a dime-a-dozen and always suck. But if you live in Houston you have the exception. Twice now they have far exceeded my expectations. Ive used them for moving delicate electronics & art as well as bulky furniture with no problem at all. Actually, when the quote was higher than the actual cost refunding the difference. Would certainly use them again.
