I CANNOT recommend that anyone use Armstrong Relocation for any moves. What was promised during our interviews of Armstrong did not turn out to be the case. They did not stand up to their promises. Armstrong Relocation was used to move our Houston office from one location to another which was a short distance away. Very simply, we were told by the Armstrong Relocation salesman, Braxton Daily, that minor repairs would be made to our office furniture by an inhouse furniture repairman. If our furniture was damaged by their movers, that we would not need to fill out insurance claim forms, nor would we need to go through insurance claims as they had a repairman on staff who could handle repairs. We specifically asked him about these items as they were important to us as we did not want to deal with insurance claims. Armstrong Relocation was chosen over others because of promises made by the salesperson, Braxton Daily, regarding how repairs to our office furniture would be made if damaged during the move. We expected that there would be some damage made by any mover we hired, and we did not want to deal with insurance claims on small damages such as refinishing the bullnose edge of a conference room table that twas damaged during the move. When it came time to repair the bullnose edge of the conference room table and a few other items, we were told to fill out forms and a repairman would come out. The "repairman" came out and he was there actually there to estimate costs. He handed us a business card from Guardsman Furniture Repair or something similar. This man was not onsite during our move and was there to decide if the furniture had been damaged during the move and to estimate the cost of repair. If you chose to hire this company, make sure EVERYTHING is in writing as they do not stand behind statements that are made by their salespeople. When you call the Armstrong office, they will lead you to believe that the furniture is going to be repaired, they will string you along with the story that is given to you by their salesperson. We dealt with several managers at this company, and the managers went along with the story that we were given by Braxton Daily, our salesman, that "the furniture was going to be repaired by their people." Then finally a check shows up in the mail for approximately $300-400 to handle repair of the conference room table, and that is not nearly going to cover the cost of repair. Long story short, the conference room furniture was never repaired by Armstrong. Our conference room table had gouges in the bullnose edge that happened during the move, and it will be fairly costly to repair. $300-400 is will not cover the cost of repair. I cannot recommend that anyone hire Armstrong Relocation for the purpose of moving their office, nor home. The move was not well planned by Armstrong Relocation and it was disorganized. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING FROM THIS COMPANY SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO HIRE THEM FOR YOUR MOVE. Anything stated in meetings should be detailed in writing and signed off on by the salesperson and his manager on the letterhead of Armstrong Relocation.

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use Armstrong Relocation for your move. They will be nice to you till the time they get your business. If any problems occur during the move and you need to talk to them and need their help, they will be rude in their email responses and will not return your call. Armstrong in Houston used United Van Lines to move me from a different state to Texas and United damaged and lost some of my household goods and damaged my car during the move. Armstrong is not willing to help with the claim and United is not willing to pay the minimum costs to repair my car even though I provided estimates from local repair shops. If you want good customer service, please do yourself a favor, DO NOT choose Armstrong Relocation or United Van Lines. All they want is your money and after they get it, you are on your own.

Armstrong Relocation is awesome. My daughter had to move on short notice so we contacted United who connected us with Armstrong. They arranged the entire move within a couple days. Denise was a rock star and took care of the move from start to finish. Barry was a sweetheart and able to quickly take inventory to determine the weight of the move. The packers and loaders were great, as well as the man who unloaded. The part that is almost unbelievable is they did not lose or break a single item - EVERYTHING was delivered in perfect condition, in spite of it being unloaded and stored in the warehouse until there was a truck heading our way. I cant say enough good things about Armstrong and highly recommend them!

I will rate Armstrong a 5 on 5. Simple because the process was extremely smooth. No harassment at all. From Lisa visiting our Apartment in Durham, NC for the survey - Melissa coordinating via email and phone on the move dates - to Junior Herman and Paco completing the move to perfection at Houston, TX. They made sure everything was in place. All the boxes and electronics was handled with extreme care. Absolutely Fantastic customer service. Keep up the good work. I have no doubt that Armstrong will be my default selection if I plan to move again in future!

DO NOT do an out of state move with them. They packed my belongings on 6/13/17. Tomorrow is July 1 and I STILL am without my furniture and belongings and STILL have no delivery date 3 weeks later. They also wanted payment BEFORE delivery and so they have both my money AND my belongings! RIPOFF.
