Very bad experience. Late for start time. 2 out of the 3 people were very slow and did quite a bit of standing around. Because of this our quoted 6 hour time turned into more than 8 hours(they charge an hourly rate). That cost us almost $200 more than we expected. Boxes were poorly packed creating a space issue in the truck we rented. We had to rent an additional 12 foot trailer on top of the 20 foot truck for our 2 bedroom house. This also made us spend more money than we expected. They sat down to eat lunch but we were still charged for that time. We were not told of a fee to use a credit card until the very end. When my wife started asking about it the person who seemed to be the manager told her not to "wig out". This was very upseting. The extra trailer was packed even worse than the truck. Expensive paddlebaords were not haddled properly and were chipped and scratched. Boxes were not taped properly, luckily nothing fell out. This was very bad.

I had a horrible experience with Mighty Movers. I called and booked them for my move a week before the move. I was told to expect a confirmation call a day before. The evening before the move I hadnt received a call so I called them. The man said they had made a mistake and forgot to put our move on the schedule but that they would be there at 9am regaurdless. At 8:55am I saw I had a missed call from them and gave them a call back. I was told that our 9am spot had been given to someone else and that they could come at 11am. At 11:15 they had yet to show up. I called. No answer. I called multiple times until they picked up at 12:30pm and told me they could no longer move me that day. It cost me $200 extra dollars to hire another moving company to do a same day move. I would not recommend this company if you are working on a deadline or expect a courtesy call for when they cancel appointments.

These guys are great to work with, have great attitudes, and most importantly for me they were available on short notice. Their rates are very fair and communication was easy. Would definitely use their services again.
